dc.descriptionThe purpose of this research work was to determine if the Integrated Administrative Management System (SIGA) is effective in making PROMPERÚ Financial Decisions. Main issues related to the implementation and management of the SIGA system were investigated and how it can be effective in the financial decisions of investment, financing and results in the institution, to solve the problems that arise and for their use by employees from PROMPERÚ be efficient. During the investigation, literature related to the SIGA system was consulted at the national level (Ministry of Economy and Finance) and international (Inter-American Development Bank), thus composing the theoretical framework that sets the guidelines to contrast the results of the research. The research was cross-sectional, descriptive and non-experimental, an instrument (survey) was applied to a total of 80 people among PROMPERÚ staff and Sectorist and Implementer staff of the Ministry of Economy and Finance in charge of the SIGA system; Likewise, a statistical analysis of the variables was carried out to determine if their relationship was significant. The conclusions show that the SIGA system is effective in making PROMPERÚ Financial Decisions, based on the main results obtained from the surveys where 84% of the respondents state that such effectiveness exists, while 12% state the opposite, for The consistent information provided by the system is valuable for the analysis and financial decision making of Senior Management in the entity. In addition, there is a statistically significant relationship between both variables with a value of 0.000 for the chi-square test. Finally, there are important comparative results on an improvement with respect to the order and planning of budget execution and a decrease in time in the attention of requirements of goods and services in PROMPERÚ, due to the improvement in the Making of Financial Decisions in the entity by System implementation.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar si el Sistema Integrado de Gestión Administrativa (SIGA) es efectivo en la toma de Decisiones Financieras de PROMPERÚ. Se investigaron temas principales relacionados con la implementación y manejo del sistema SIGA y la forma como éste puede ser efectivo en las decisiones financieras de inversión, financiamiento y resultados en la institución, para solucionar los problemas que se presentan y para que su uso por los empleados de PROMPERÚ sea eficiente. Durante la investigación, se consultó bibliografía vinculada con el sistema SIGA a nivel nacional (Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas) e internacional (Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo), componiendo así el marco teórico que establece las pautas para contrastar los resultados de la investigación. La investigación fue de tipo transversal, descriptiva y no experimental, se aplicó un instrumento (encuesta) a un total de 80 personas entre personal de PROMPERÚ y personal Sectorista e Implementador del Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas a cargo del sistema SIGA; así mismo, se realizó un análisis estadístico de las variables para determinar si su relación resultaba significativa. Las conclusiones evidencian que el sistema SIGA es efectivo en la toma de Decisiones Financieras de PROMPERÚ, sustentado en los principales resultados obtenidos de las encuestas donde el 84% de los encuestados manifiesta que existe tal efectividad, mientras que el 12% señala lo contrario, por cuanto la información consistente que brinda el sistema es valiosa para el análisis y la toma de decisiones financieras de la Alta Dirección en la entidad. Además, existe una relación significativa entre ambas variables demostrada de manera estadística con un valor de 0.000 para la prueba chi cuadrado. Finalmente, existen resultados comparativos importantes sobre una mejora respecto al orden y planeamiento de la ejecución presupuestaria y una disminución del tiempo en la atención de requerimientos de bienes y servicios en PROMPERÚ, a causa de la mejora en la Toma de Decisiones Financieras en la entidad por la implementación del sistema.es_PE
