Abstract
El principal objetivo de este trabajo, busca mejorar el proceso de abonado, subsolado y aporcado en los campos de caña de azúcar (soca), para tal fin se desarrolla la propuesta de un equipo mecánico multifuncional artesanal la misma que entre otras cosas; generara un ahorro económico significativo y mejorara la calidad de abonado. La punta es utilizada para mejorar los surcos que serán aprovechados en los siguientes riegos en entre los 3 primeros meses después del corte. La aplicación mecanizada de fertilizantes es importante, ya que permite que los abonos orgánicos e inorgánicos queden en contacto con las raíces de absorción de las cepas, El uso de la fertilización mecanizada se refleja en rendimientos altos, persistencia de las cepas y concentración de sacarosa en la caña soca en los campos de “casa grande” Fabricada con acero inoxidable estructural ASTM A653, cuenta con una capacidad de tolva de 350 a 500 kg. de fertilizante por cada tolva como máximo, por lo que el tractor gastará menos combustible en operación, y se adapta a todas las barras porta implementos; su movimiento puede ser por medio de la toma de fuerza del tractor y su dosificación por medio sistema hidráulico, la dosificación es por medio de una válvula de flujo, por lo tanto, la velocidad de salida del fertilizante es regulable de acuerdo a las necesidades de aplicación. Y su velocidad Como Máximo es de 10 km/h
ABSTRACT The main objective of this work, seeks to improve the process of fertilization, subsoiling and hollowing in the fields of sugar cane (soca), for this purpose the proposal of a multifunctional mechanical equipment is developed the same as among other things; will generate significant economic savings and improve subscriber quality. The mechanized application of fertilizers is important, since it allows organic and inorganic fertilizers to be in contact with the roots of absorption of the strains.
