Abstract
El presente informe tuvo como objetivo determinar las características físicas de los geles antiacné, mediante ensayos organolépticos, pH, tiempo de vida en estante y tiempo de vida útil por preparación magistral en un establecimiento farmacéutico especializado en Trujillo, Marzo - Abril, 2022. Se elaboraron 40 geles antiacné, de los cuales fueron evaluados 10 potes, 5 potes a temperatura ambiente 25°C y 5 potes a temperatura 37°C, registrando correctamente fecha y hora, siguiendo el procedimiento que se emplea en un establecimiento farmacéutico especializado. Resultados: Los controles organolépticos, pH, el tiempo de vida de estante y el tiempo de vida útil de los 5 potes que se llevaron a temperatura ambiente 25°C no presentaron variación notoria a lo largo del mes a comparación de los 5 potes a temperatura 37°C, en el día 26 se halló un aumento de pH así mismo se presentó una disminución en los caracteres organolépticos: aspecto y olor. De todo esto se concluye que los caracteres organolépticos, pH, tiempo de vida en estante y tiempo de vida útil a temperatura ambiente 25°C se encuentra dentro de las especificaciones establecidas, mientras que a temperatura 37°C, a partir del día 26 se encuentra fuera de las especificaciones establecidas.
ABSTRACT The objective of this report was to determine the physical characteristics of anti-acne gels, through organoleptic tests, pH, shelf life and shelf life by compounding in a specialized pharmaceutical establishment in Trujillo, March - April, 2022. 40 anti-acne gels, of which 10 pots were evaluated, 5 pots at room temperature 25°C and 5 pots at 37°C, correctly recording date and time, following the procedure used in a specialized pharmaceutical establishment. Results: The organoleptic controls, pH, shelf life time and shelf life of the 5 pots that were brought to room temperature 25°C did not show noticeable variation throughout the month compared to the 5 pots at room temperature. 37°C, on day 26 an increase in pH was found, as well as a decrease in the organoleptic characteristics: appearance and smell. From all this it is concluded that the organoleptic characteristics, pH, shelf life and shelf life at room temperature 25°C are within the established specifications, while at a temperature of 37°C, from day 26 is outside the established specifications.
