Conocimiento y cuidado de enfermería en pacientes con tubo endotraqueal en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos

| dc.description.abstract | El estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el conocimiento y cuidado de enfermería en pacientes con tubo endotraqueal en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos del Hospital de Alta Complejidad Virgen de la Puerta EsSalud. La investigación fue básica, no experimental y con diseño correlacional descriptivo de corte transversal. La población muestral estuvo constituida por 35 enfermeras del servicio de la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos. La técnica fue la encuesta, los instrumentos fueron sometidos a validez y confiabilidad, el cuestionario de conocimiento obtuvo un Alpha de Cronbach de 0.84 y la lista de cotejo obtuvo 0.87. Los resultados obtenidos revelaron que, 57.1% de las enfermeras presenta nivel de conocimiento alto; 31.4% nivel medio y 11.4% nivel bajo. Además, 62.8% de las enfermeras presenta nivel de cuidado bueno; 28.6% nivel regular y 11.4% nivel malo. En la prueba de hipótesis, el estadístico de correlación de Rho Spearman, demuestra que, el coeficiente de correlación es 0,851 y la significancia bilateral de 0,000 (p<0,05), se concluye que, existe relación significativa entre el nivel de conocimiento y cuidado de enfermería en pacientes con tubo endotraqueal en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos del Hospital de Alta Complejidad Virgen de la Puerta EsSalud | |
| dc.description.abstract | The objective of the study was determining the relationship between knowledge and nursing care in patients with endotracheal tubes in the Intensive Care Unit of the Virgen de la Puerta EsSalud High Complexity Hospital. The research was basic, non-experimental and with a cross-sectional descriptive correlational design. The sample population consisted of 35 nurses from the Intensive Care Unit service. The technique was the survey, the instruments were subjected to validity and reliability, the knowledge questionnaire obtained a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.84 and the checklist obtained 0.87. The results obtained revealed that 57.1% of the nurses have a high level of knowledge; 31.4% medium level and 11.4% low level. In addition, 62.8% of the nurses present a good level of care; 28.6% regular level and 11.4% bad level. In the hypothesis test, the Rho Spearman correlation statistic shows that the correlation coefficient is 0.851 and the bilateral significance is 0.000 (p<0.05), it is concluded that there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge and Nursing care in patients with endotracheal tube in the Intensive Care Unit of the Virgen de la Puerta EsSalud High Complexity Hospital | |
