Abstract
El presente informe tuvo por objetivo identificar las características de las infracciones observadas en establecimientos farmacéuticos intervenidos en operativos por la UFREMID en Trujillo, julio 2015 – febrero 2016, según la escala de infracciones del D.S. 014 – 2011, el estudio se realizó mediante la técnica de observación estructurada, para los resultados se construyeron gráficas, se encontró que el 15,3% de los establecimientos farmacéuticos incurrió en la Infracción N° 17: “Por incumplir con las exigencias dispuestas, cuando corresponda, en las normas de Buenas Prácticas de Distribución y Transporte o Buenas Prácticas Farmacovigilancia o Buenas Prácticas de Laboratorio o Buenas Prácticas Farmacovigilancia, u otras Buenas Prácticas aprobadas y/o demás normas complementarias.”, el 8,7% incurrió en la Infracción N° 22: “Por no contar con los Libros Oficiales o registros computarizados o no tenerlos actualizados, cuando corresponda.”, el 8,2% incurrió en la infracción N° 21: “Por no tener en un lugar visible copia del título del Director técnico.”, el 7,7% incurrió en la infracción N° 1: “Por funcionar sin contar con Director Técnico o sin el personal exigido de acuerdo a Reglamento.”, el 7,1% incurrió en la infracción N° 2: “ Por funcionar sin la presencia del Director Técnico - Químico Farmacéutico. ”, el 6,6% incurrió en la infracción N° 4: “Por funcionar sin contar con la autorización sanitaria otorgada por la Autoridad correspondiente.”, el 6,1% incurrió en la infracción N° 28 “Por presentar existencias de productos farmacéuticos o dispositivos con observaciones sanitarias
