| dc.description | The main objective of the research was to establish to what extent tax management influences the collection of property tax - Chugay district municipality - La Libertad region, 2014-2018 .; where the respective research problem was To what extent does tax management influence the collection of property tax - Chugay district municipality - La Libertad region, 2014 - 2018? collection of property tax - Chugay district municipality - La Libertad region, 2014 - 2018 ”. The study population was the total of taxpayers (urban and rural) of the Chugay district, amounting to a total of 1,505 registered persons, and five (05) employees of the Income Management; The respective samples were 306 contributors and the 05 workers, to whom a survey was applied, through the questionnaire, in addition an interview and documentary analysis were applied; The research design used was non-experimental, longitudinal in design, as it refers to different periods (2014 and 2015-2018). Among its main results, the variable Tax Management qualifies at a regular level, as does tax collection. Concluding that tax management has a high influence on the collection of property tax, showing indicators such as: tax orientation, personal attention, determination of debt, transparency and supervision of debts, reiteration of formal payment and control of funds collected; that influence the increase in the collection of property tax. | es_PE |
| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo principal de la investigación fue establecer en qué medida la gestión tributaria influye en recaudación del impuesto predial - municipalidad distrital de Chugay - región La Libertad, 2014-2018.; donde el problema de investigación respectivo fue ¿En qué medida la gestión tributaria influye en la recaudación del impuesto predial - municipalidad distrital de Chugay - región La Libertad, 2014 - 2018?, cuya hipótesis establece que “La gestión tributaria influye en medida alta en la recaudación del impuesto predial - municipalidad distrital de Chugay - región La Libertad, 2014 - 2018”. La población de estudio fue el total de contribuyentes (urbano y rural) del distrito de Chugay, que ascienden a un total de 1.505 personas registradas, y cinco (05) trabajadores de Gerencia de Rentas; las muestras respectivas fueron 306 contribuyentes y los 05 trabajadores, a quienes se les aplicó una encuesta, por medio del cuestionario, además se aplicó una entrevista y análisis documental; el diseño de investigación utilizada fue no experimental, de diseño longitudinal, por referirse a diferentes periodos (año 2014 y 2015 - 2018). Entre sus principales resultados se tiene que la variable Gestión tributaria califica a nivel regular, al igual que la recaudación tributaria. Concluyendo que la gestión tributaria influye en medida alta en la recaudación del impuesto predial, tendiendo indicadores como: la orientación tributaria, atención personal, determinación de la deuda, transparencia y fiscalización de las deudas, reiteración del pago de manera formal y el control de fondos recaudados; que influyen en el aumento de la recaudación del impuesto predial. | es_PE |
