Los procesos logísticos y su relación con las exportaciones desde el terminal portuario de Salaverry 2021

Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación que existe entre
los procesos logísticos con las exportaciones desde el terminal portuario de Salaverry 2021.
La metodología utilizada fue de tipo aplicada, enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental,
transversal y correlacional descriptiva. La población estuvo conformada por 99 empresas
exportadoras del terminal portuario de Salaverry se utilizó como técnica la encuesta y como
instrumento el cuestionario. Como resultados de la investigación se tiene existe relación
positiva y significativamente entre las dimensiones: manipulación de materiales, el
almacenamiento, el factor embalaje, la infraestructura y el transporte con la variable
exportaciones desde el terminal portuario de Salaverry 2021. Como conclusión principal se
tiene que existe relación positiva y significativamente entre los procesos logísticos y las
exportaciones desde el terminal portuario de Salaverry 2021 (Rho Spearman: 0.856 y pvalor: 0.000). Por lo tanto, si mejoramos los procesos logísticos en el terminal portuario las
exportaciones van a subir.
The general objective of this research was to determine the relationship between logistics processes and exports from the Salaverry 2021 port terminal. The methodology used was applied, quantitative approach, non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlationaldescriptive design. The population was made up of 99 exporting companies from the Salaverry port terminal. The survey was used as a technique and the questionnaire as an instrument. As results of the investigation, there is a positive and significant relationship between the dimensions: material handling, storage, the packaging factor, infrastructure and transport with the variable exports from the port terminal of Salaverry 2021. As a main conclusion, it has to be there is a positive and significant relationship between logistics processes and exports from the Salaverry 2021 port terminal (Rho Spearman: 0.856 and pvalue: 0.000). Therefore, if we improve the logistics processes in the port terminal, exports will increase.
