dc.descriptionThe research analyzes and reports on the state of the environment of the city of Huacho, assessing trends of human activities on the environment, providing early warning of environmental threats and how human activities affect different ecosystems. The objective is to determine the effects of human activities on environmental quality, making the current diagnosis (current situation) from the territory of the area, and to evaluate and assess the use and exploitation activities of the urban ecosystem, establishing the relationship of human activity, environmental quality, and develop research proposals, planning and environmental management to improve the current situation of the city. The sample consisted of human activities that pose the greatest risk and threat to health and the environment: illegal buildings (invasions), solid waste disposal (landfills), discharge of liquid waste (sewage), sale of fuel (taps ), agrochemicals (agricultural), trade in markets, fishing industry and health care in the City of Huacho. The city has a sprawl on urban development, unplanned, there is no proper management and disposal of solid waste treatment, sewage from the city is discharged directly into the sea without any treatment, the marketing and storage Fuel taps a danger to be flammable, the risk of spills, fires and explosions, markets do not meet the appropriate requirements for their operation, the waste of fishing activities, are dumped untreated into the sea causing damage beaches, affecting fisheries and human health, the marketing and use of agrochemicals in agriculture, not handled properly causing water pollution, air, soil and a health risk. In general the city has poor environmental quality.es_ES
dc.description.abstractLa investigación analiza e informa sobre el estado del medio ambiente de la ciudad de Huacho, evaluando los efectos de las actividades antrópicas sobre el medio ambiente, brindando alerta temprana acerca de las amenazas ambientales, y cómo las actividades humanas afectan a distintos ecosistemas. El objetivo es determinar los efectos de las actividades antrópicas sobre la calidad ambiental de la Ciudad de Huacho, realizando el diagnóstico actual del territorio, además de evaluar y valorar las actividades de uso y explotación del ecosistema urbano, estableciendo la relación actividad humana, calidad ambiental, y elaborando propuestas de investigación, planificación y gestión ambiental para mejorar la situación actual de la ciudad. La muestra estuvo constituida por las actividades antrópicas que representan mayores riesgos para la salud y el medio ambiente: como construcciones ilegales (invasiones), disposición de residuos sólidos (botaderos), descarga de residuos líquidos (desagües), venta de combustible (grifos), de agroquímicos (agrícolas), comercio en mercados, industria pesquera y atención de salud en la Ciudad de Huacho. La ciudad presenta un crecimiento desordenado en el desarrollo urbano, carente de planificación; no existe un manejo adecuado de disposición y tratamiento de residuos sólidos; las aguas servidas de la ciudad son descargadas directamente en el mar sin ningún tipo de tratamiento; la comercialización y almacenamiento de combustible en los grifos representa un peligro por ser inflamable, con riesgo de derrames, incendios y explosiones; los mercados no cumplen con las exigencias adecuadas para su funcionamiento; los residuos de las actividades pesqueras, se vierten en el mar sin tratar causando deterioro de las playas, afectando a los recursos pesqueros y a la salud humana; la comercialización y uso de agroquímicos en la agricultura, al no manejarse adecuadamente provoca contaminación del agua, aire, suelo, además riesgo a la salud. En general la ciudad presenta una mala calidad ambiental.es_ES
