| dc.description | The investigation carried out took place at the Coop. De Ahorro y Credito RONDESA - Huamachuco Agency, its main objective being to determine the incidence of Internal Social Responsibility in the internal Clients of said cooperative, the research carried out was according to its scope of descriptive, not experimental, type The Inductive-Deductive Method was used, the Hypothetical-Deductive Method, the data collection and the survey were used as a research technique, for the reliability of the data collection instruments the Cronbach's Alpha method was applied, obtaining an index of 0.797 for the total survey, for the variable Internal social responsibility an index equal to 0.720 and 0.725 for the dependent variable Internal customers; The population was made up of 28 collaborators, the data collection instrument was applied to said population, and with the data processed and duly tabulated, it was possible to meet the objectives of the research, verify the research hypothesis, and determine as the main result that the study variables are positively correlated, with a coefficient that was determined by applying Spearman's Rho equal to 0.434, concluding that the variables are are moderately positively related. | es_PE |
| dc.description.abstract | La investigación realizada, tuvo como escenario a la Coop. De Ahorro y Crédito RONDESA – Agencia Huamachuco, siendo su objetivo principal determinar la incidencia de la Responsabilidad Social Interna en los Clientes internos de dicha cooperativa, la investigación realizada fue de acuerdo a su alcance de tipo descriptiva, no experimental, se utilizó el Método Inductivo–Deductivo, Método Hipotético–Deductivo, se empleó la recopilación de datos y la encuesta como técnica de investigación, para la confiabilidad de los instrumentos de recolección de datos se aplicó el método Alpha de Cronbach, obteniéndose un índice de 0.797 para la encuesta total, para la variable Responsabilidad social interna un índice igual a 0.720 y 0.725 para la variable dependiente Clientes internos; la población estuvo conformada por 28 colaboradores, a dicha población se les aplicó el instrumento de recolección de datos, y con los datos procesados y debidamente tabulados, se pudo cumplir con los objetivos de la investigación, comprobar la hipótesis de investigación, y determinar como resultado principal que las variables de estudio se encuentran correlacionadas positivamente, con un coeficiente que se determinó aplicando Rho de Spearman igual a 0.434, concluyendo que las variables se encuentran relacionadas positivamente en forma moderada. | es_PE |
