dc.descriptionThe present thesis was carried out with the purpose of explaining the FAMILY SUPPORT IN THE TREATMENT OF PATIENTS OF THE PROGRAM OF PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF TBC OF H.A.CH. - CHEPÉN: 2018. The type of descriptive research has been considered, using the methods and techniques of qualitative and quantitative research, the sample consisted of 45 patients with tuberculosis treatment. From the results obtained, it can be deduced that family members have inadequate intrafamilial relationships that generate poor cooperation in the treatment of patients. In addition, the emotional crisis related to the lack of interest in the awareness of the patient's disease, hinders a true process of treatment to ensure the recovery of the disease. Finally, we consider that as a social worker we must treat the patient with dignity and respect to listen carefully to the patient, communicate clearly, speak openly with honesty and courtesy about the differences of ideas identifying the emotional needs of the family, for a timely intervention and thus express their worries and fears so that they can support them emotionally and economically to continue with their treatment and can improve their quality of life.es_PE
dc.description.abstractLa presente tesis se realizó con la finalidad de explicar el SOPORTE FAMILIAR EN EL TRATAMIENTO DE LOS PACIENTES DEL PROGRAMA DE PREVENCIÓN Y CONTROL DE TBC DEL H.A.CH. - CHEPÉN: 2018. Se ha considerado el tipo de investigación descriptiva, utilizando los métodos y técnicas de la investigación cualitativa y cuantitativa, la muestra constó de 45 pacientes con tratamiento de tuberculosis. De los resultados obtenidos se puede deducir que los familiares presentan inadecuadas relaciones intrafamiliares que genera una deficiente cooperación en el tratamiento de los pacientes. Además, la crisis emocional relacionada con el desinterés en la toma de conciencia de la enfermedad del paciente, dificulta un verdadero proceso de tratamiento para asegurar la recuperación de la enfermedad. Finalmente, consideramos que como trabajadora social debemos tratar al paciente con dignidad y respeto escuchar con atención al paciente, comunicarse de manera clara, hablar abiertamente con honestidad y cortesía sobre la diferencias de ideas identificando las necesidades emocionales de los familiares, para una oportuna intervención y así expresen sus preocupaciones y temores para que puedan apoyarlos emocional y económicamente a continuar con su tratamiento y puedan mejorar su calidad de vida.es_PE
