| dc.description | The present work was carried out with the objective of determining the influence of coaching and the work performance of the teachers of the I.E. San Marcos de Trujillo 2018. The type of research according to its purpose was substantive, of correlational scope, of quantitative approach; of non experimental design: transversal. The technique used to collect information was the survey and the data collection instruments were the Likert scale questionnaires which were duly validated with a reliability level through the statistic (Cronbach’s Alpha, KR-23).The questions were measured through the Likert scale, because they allow us to know the degree of conformity of each customer. This questionnaire was applied to a sample population of 25 teachers to determine the degree of influence between the two variables using the Pearson coefficient. Finally, with this study, it was concluded that coaching significantly influences the work performance of teachers in the I.E. San Marcos de Trujillo 2018, highlighting that the dimension Preparation for learning is the one that most influences. It is recommended to develop training programs in coaching for 6 months to teachers to provide information on motivational techniques, reinforcement of learning and effective communication that serve as strategies for a better management of their activities. | es_PE |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo se realizó con el objetivo de determinar la influencia del Coaching y el desempeño laboral de los profesores de la I.E. San Marcos de Trujillo 2018. El tipo de investigación según su finalidad fue sustantiva, de alcance correlacional, de enfoque cuantitativo; de diseño no experimental: transversal. La técnica empleada para recolectar información fue la encuesta y los instrumentos de recolección de datos fueron los cuestionarios en escala de Likert los cuales fueron debidamente validados con un nivel confiabilidad a través del estadístico (Alfa de Cronbach, KR-23). Las preguntas fueron medidas a través de la escala de Likert, debido a que nos permiten conocer el grado de conformidad de cada cliente. Dicho cuestionario se aplicó a una población muestral de 25 profesores para determinar el grado de influencia entre las dos variables para ello se utilizó el Coeficiente de Pearson. Finalmente, con este estudio se llegó a la conclusión que el Coaching influye de manera significativa en el Desempeño Laboral de los profesores en la I.E. San Marcos de Trujillo 2018, destacando que la dimensión La Preparación para el aprendizaje es la que más influye. Se recomienda desarrollar programas de Capacitación en coaching por 6 meses a los docentes para proporcionar información sobre técnicas de motivación, refuerzo de aprendizajes y comunicación efectiva que les sirvan de estrategias para un mejor manejo de sus actividades. | es_PE |
