dc.descriptionThe present research had as objective to determine the influence of the Organizational Climate on the performance of the teaching staff of the Private Educational Institution John Neper in the city of Trujillo, 2015, for which a correlational study was carried out. The sample of 20 teachers, a survey to measure the level of work climate and an observation guide to measure the level of performance of the teachers of the Private Educational Institution John Neper using the Likert scale were applied as a measurement instrument. In the statistical analysis, the contingency coefficient and the Chi Square test were used to determine the influence of organizational climate on teacher performance. It was identified that 90% of teachers consider that there is a good organizational climate and in addition, 90% have an efficient teaching performance. First of all, what is mentioned concludes that the organizational climate positively influences a 70.7% in the performance of the teaching staff, given that this shows positively in the daily actions carried out by each teacher of the I.E.P. John Neper. Based on this study it was determined, through the confirmation of the hypothesis, that there is a positive relationship between the organizational climate and the teaching performance.es_PE
dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la influencia del Clima Organizacional en el desempeño del personal docente de la Institución Educativa Privada John Neper en la ciudad de Trujillo, 2015; para lo cual se realizó un estudio de tipo correlacional. Se aplicó como instrumento de medición a la muestra de 20 docentes, una encuesta para medir el nivel de clima laboral y una guía de observación para medir el nivel de desempeño de los docentes de la Institución Educativa Privada John Neper, empleando la escala de Likert. En el análisis estadístico se usó el coeficiente de contingencia y la prueba de asociación de Chi Cuadrado para determinar la influencia del clima organizacional en el desempeño docente. Se identificó que el 90% de los docentes consideran que existe buen clima organizacional y además el 90% tiene un eficiente desempeño docente. Ante todo, lo mencionado se concluye que el clima organizacional influye positivamente en un 70,7% en el desempeño del personal docente dándose esto ha mostrar positivamente en el accionar diario que realiza cada docente de la I.E.P. John Neper. En base a este estudio se determinó, a través de la confirmación de la hipótesis, que existe una relación positiva entre el clima organizacional y el desempeño docente.es_PE
