dc.descriptionTo determine whether the qSOFA scale is better than the SOFA scale in Sepsis in patients not admitted to the intensive care unit at the Belén Hospital in Trujillo. Specific objectives: To determine the sensivity of the qSOFA scale and the SOFA scale in Sepsis, in patients not admitted to the intensive care unit at the Belén Hospital in Trujillo. Determine the specificity of the qSOFA scale and the SOFA scale in Sepsis, in patients not admitted to the intensive care unit at the Belén Hospital in Trujillo. Determine the accuracy of the qSOFA scale compared to the SOFA scale in Sepsis in patients not admitted to the intensive care unit at the Belén Hospital in Trujillo. Material and methods: The universe population are patients diagnosed with Sepsis not admitted to the intensive care unit, of the Belén Hospital of Trujillo in the period 2016-2018. The study population are patients diagnosed with Sepsis not admitted to the intensive care unit of the Belén Hospital in Trujillo, for the period 2016-2018, and who meet the following selection criteria: Inclusion criteria: Patients with Sepsis, over 15 years, of both genders and with clinical history where mortality data are contained. Patients who were transferred to other hospitals, who have incomplete clinical history, who have had: hypoglycemia, acute cerebrovascular disease, hepatic encephalopathy, hypertensive or uremic encephalopathy, congestive heart failure, cranial brain trauma, adrenal insufficiency, will be excluded. The variables will be analysed: mortality from sepsis, scale qSOFA and SOFA. The information will be collected from the sheet data collection and processed using the SPSS23 statistical package, then it will be presented in single and double input tables, and relevant charts.es_PE
dc.description.abstractDeterminar si la escala qSOFA tiene mejor validez que la escala SOFA en Sepsis en pacientes no admitidos a la unidad de cuidados intensivos en el Hospital Belén de Trujillo. Objetivos específicos: Determinar la sensibilidad de la escala qSOFA y de la escala SOFA en Sepsis en pacientes no admitidos a la unidad de cuidados intensivos en el Hospital Belén de Trujillo. Determinar la especificidad de la escala qSOFA y de la escala SOFA en Sepsis en pacientes no admitidos a la unidad de cuidados intensivos en el Hospital Belén de Trujillo. Determinar la exactitud de la escala qSOFA en comparación con la escala SOFA en Sepsis en pacientes no admitidos a la unidad de cuidados intensivos en el Hospital Belén de Trujillo. Material y métodos: La población universo son los pacientes con diagnóstico de Sepsis no admitidos en la unidad de cuidados intensivos, del Hospital Belén de Trujillo en el período 2016-2018. La población de estudio son los pacientes con diagnóstico de Sepsis no admitidos en la unidad de cuidados intensivos, del Hospital Belén de Trujillo en el período 2016-2018 y que cumplan con los siguientes criterios de selección: Criterios de inclusión: Pacientes con Sepsis, mayores de 15 años, de ambos sexos y con historia clínca donde se consignen datos de mortalidad. Se excluirán aquellos pacientes que fueron trasladados a otros nosocomios, que tengan historia clínica incompleta, que hayan presentado: hipoglicemia, enfermedad cerebrovascular aguda, encefalopatía hepática, encefalopatía hipertensiva o urémica, insuficiencia cardiaca congestiva, traumatismo encéfalo craneano, insuficiencia suprarrenal. Se analizarán las variables: mortalidad por sepsis, escala qSOFA y SOFA. La información se recopilara de la hoja de recolección de datos y se procesará utilizando el paquete estadístico SPSS23, que luego se presentarán en cuadros de entrada simple y doble, y en gráficos de relevancia.es_PE
