dc.description.abstractLa presente tesis se realizó con la finalidad de analizar la relación existe entre la motivación laboral y el clima organizacional en los operarios de la Empresa TALSA, Trujillo, 2024. Se ha tendido a considerar el tipo de dicha investigación en manera aplicada eso si teniendo como cierta base al posible diseño en manera descriptivo, en cuanto aquella muestra se enlazó 180 operarios pertenecientes a dicha empresa con quienes se tendió a trabajar eso si aplicando aquellos posibles métodos y ciertas técnicas en base aquella investigación e manera cuantitativa. En cuanto a técnica la catalogada encuesta y en manera cualitativo. Se enfocó también el método en manera inductivo a deductivo y como posible técnica utilizada observación en manera directa y la posible entrevista. De los resultados que se lograron obtener se connota aquella relación en manera significativa entre necesidades en base a seguridad, a posible estima y por ende autorrealización con el propio clima en materia organizacional en los propios operarios de Empresa TALSA, Trujillo. Finalmente, con presente investigación por si se pretende dar la enseñanza que los operarios que logren obtener mejor motivación al satisfacer sus necesidades de la transitada empresa en donde estos se logran el desempeñar, serán por si estos quienes tenderán aportar en manera benéfica al progreso permanente de la propia empresa a través de aquellas labores designadas sean aplicadas eficazmente.
dc.description.abstractAbstract This thesis was carried out with the purpose of analyzing the relationship between work motivation and the organizational climate in the workers of the TALSA Company, Trujillo, 2024. The type of said research has tended to be considered in an applied manner, that is, having as a certain basis the possible design in a descriptive manner, as that sample was linked to 180 workers belonging to said company with whom it was tended to work that if applying those possible methods and certain techniques based on that research in a quantitative manner. As for technique, the cataloged survey and in a qualitative manner. The method was also focused on inductive to deductive and as a possible technique used direct observation and the possible interview. From the results that were obtained, it is connoted that relationship in a significant way between needs based on security, possible esteem and therefore self-realization with the own climate in organizational matters in the own workers of the TALSA Company, Trujillo. Finally, with this research, it is intended to teach that workers who achieve better motivation by satisfying their needs in the busy company where they manage to perform, will be those who will tend to contribute in a beneficial way to the permanent progress of the company itself through those designated tasks that are applied effectively.
