dc.descriptionThe research has as a general objective Identify the participation, in the activities of the "Reinventing the world" Volunteer activities of the National University of Trujillo – 2015. The type of study used was non- experimental, and the design of this research is descriptive. The information collected was analyzed through an interview guide to volunteers participating in Volunteering "Reinventing the world". The results have determined that the personal factors that determine youth participation in UNT's "REM" volunteer activities are 33% of young people who participate in the activities because they feel their intervention is valued and 33% believe that there is Benefits in capacity development. Regarding organizational factors, 38% perceive that it helps to articulate the different faculties of the UNT. And with regard to social factors, 33% believe that the community is aware of and participates in the activities. The conclusion reached was that personal, organizational and social factors determine youth participation in the Volunteer activities "Reinventing the world" of the National University of Trujillo.es_PE
dc.description.abstractLa investigación ha tenido como objetivo general, Identificar los factores que determinan la participación juvenil, en las actividades del Voluntariado “Reinventando el Mundo” de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo – 2015. El Tipo de estudio utilizado fue No experimental, y el diseño de esta investigación es descriptivo. Se analizó la información recabada a través de un cuestionario a una muestra de 40 voluntarios que participan en el Voluntariado “Reinventando el mundo”. Los resultados han logrado determinar que la participación juvenil en actividades del voluntariado “REM” de la UNT en un 33% participan en las actividades porque sienten que se valora su intervención y un 33% opinan que existen beneficios en el desarrollo de sus capacidades. En cuanto a aspectos organizacionales el 38% percibe que ayuda a una articulación de las diferentes facultades de la UNT. Y respecto a aspectos sociales, el 33% opina que la comunidad se concientiza y participa en las actividades. La conclusión a la cual se arribó fue que los factores personales, organizacionales y sociales, determinan la participación juvenil, en las actividades del Voluntariado “Reinventando el mundo” de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo.es_PE
