| dc.description | The present descriptive study - correlacional, realized in of the sector of the Río Seco District The Porvenir Trujillo September - March, 2008; in order to determine: the knowledge and preventive attitude on the Dengue in the population of the Sector of the Río Seco. The sample was constituted by 339 people, which agreed to take part voluntarily. A Test of knowledge was in use as instruments on Dengue (Reliability for Alpha de Cronbach = 0.91) and a Scale of measurement of preventive attitudes on Dengue (Reliability for Alpha de Cronbach = 0.71) stocks on Likert's method, both instruments elaborated by the authoresses. The information was tabulated and presented in statistical descriptive simple pictures and of contingency. For the analysis there was applied the statistical test(proof) of the coefficient of Pearson's correlation; the finds show that significant relation does not exist between(among) the variables in study. | es_PE |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio descriptivo- correlacional, fue realizado en el sector del Río Seco Distrito El Porvenir Trujillo Septiembre-Marzo del 2008; con el fin de determinar los conocimientos y actitud preventiva sobre el dengue en la población del Sector del Río Seco. La muestra seleccionada por conglomerados, estuvo constituida por 339 pobladores, los cuales aceptaron participar voluntariamente. Se utilizó como instrumentos un Test de conocimientos sobre Dengue (Confiabilidad por Alpha de Cronbach= 0.91) y una Escala de medición de actitudes preventivas sobre Dengue (Confiabilidad por Alpha de Cronbach= 0.71) basada en el método de Likert., ambos instrumentos elaborados por las autoras. Para el análisis se aplicó la prueba estadística del coeficiente de correlación de Pearson; los hallazgos muestran que no existe relación significativa entre las variables en estudio. | es_PE |
