dc.descriptionThe Mechanical Engineering Laboratory of the National University of Trujillo to date does not have an instrument to perform tenacity tests, also known as Charpy impact test. This test measures the amount of energy absorbed by a material when exposed to impact and subsequent fracture. This test is standardized by ASTM Y with code E23-16b. The design of the pieces was made taking into account the function that they fulfill and the selection of the materials taking into account the characteristics of each of them, later it was verified with physical calculations of the mechanics of materials. The cost of the machine that is manufactured is economical compared to the commercial one, this manufactured machine complies with the ASTM E23 standard.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl laboratorio de ingeniería Mecánica de la Universidad nacional de Trujillo hasta la fecha no cuenta con un instrumento para realizar ensayos de tenacidad, también conocido como ensayo de impacto tipo Charpy. Este ensayo mide la cantidad de energía absorbida por un material al ser expuesta a impacto y posterior fractura. Esta prueba se encuentra estandarizada por la ASTM Y con código E23-16b. El diseño de las piezas se realizó teniendo en cuenta la función que cumplen y la selección de los materiales teniendo en cuenta las características de cada una de ellas, posteriormente se comprobó con cálculos físicos de la mecánica de materiales. El costo de la máquina que se fabrico es económica a comparación de la comercial, esta máquina fabricada cumple con la norma ASTM E23.es_PE
