dc.description.abstractEn el territorio distrital de El Porvenir existe una oferta de áreas destinadas al uso educativo que satisface las necesidades de la población a corto plazo. Sin embargo, al interior de estas áreas son pocas las infraestructuras que se encuentran completamente construidas, en buen estado físico y que dan respuesta a las exigencias actuales de los estudiantes del siglo XXI. La propuesta presentada parte de la necesidad de infraestructura educativa de calidad y las nuevas formas de aprendizaje. El objetivo se sustenta en los criterios de diseño que propone la ciencia y la pedagogía para el desarrollo de un edificio educativo que promueva el aprendizaje, teniendo al objeto arquitectónico como complemento para lograr dicho fin, considerando también el abandono a la infraestructura estandarizada típica que se ha continuado desarrollando hasta la actualidad para pasar a un modelo de edificio que enseña y promueve el aprendizaje, mejorando de tal forma los resultados académicos y los niveles de disertación. La propuesta inicia dando a conocer el lugar y contexto donde se ubica el proyecto, luego muestra la caracterización del distrito y el terreno, posteriormente desarrolla el marco referencial donde se encuentra toda la base teórica y normativa y, finalmente, contempla el programa de necesidades y el desarrollo arquitectónico del objeto. Como herramienta se empleó la encuesta y la entrevista que han ayudado a la caracterización de los usuarios y al desarrollo del programa arquitectónico. Como resultado se logró desarrollar un equipamiento de carácter educativo y social, que soluciona las problemáticas que afrontan los educandos. Para ello, se usaron como referentes los casos estudiados, además de todo el estudio previo, técnico y normativo, que se elaboró. Este equipamiento va a cumplir con los criterios de sostenibilidad, accesibilidad e identidad, comportándose como una infraestructura innovadora y de calidad para las áreas periurbanas de Trujillo.
dc.description.abstractIn the district of El Porvenir there is a supply of areas for educational use that meets the needs of the population in the short term. However, within these areas there are few infrastructures that are fully built, in good physical condition and that respond to the current needs of the 21st century student population. The proposal presented is based on the need for quality educational infrastructure and new forms of learning. The objective is based on the design criteria proposed by science and pedagogy for the development of an educational building that promotes learning, having the architectural object as a complement to achieve said purpose, also considering the abandonment of the typical standardized infrastructure that is it has continued to develop to the present day to move to a building model that teaches and promotes learning, thereby improving academic outcomes and dissertation levels. The proposal begins by disclosing the place and context where the project is located, then it shows the characterization of the district and the land, later it develops the referential framework where all the theoretical and normative base is found and, finally, it contemplates the program of needs and the design of the architectural proposal. As a tool, the survey and the interview were used, which have helped to characterize the users and the development of the architectural program. As a result, it was possible to develop equipment of an educational and social nature, which responds to the needs of students and the population. For this, the case analyzes were taken as a reference, in addition to all the previous, technical and regulatory study that was prepared. This equipment will meet the criteria of sustainability, accessibility and identity, behaving as an innovative and quality infrastructure for the peri-urban areas of Trujillo.
