| dc.description | The present descriptive - correlational quantitative study was carried out with the objective of determining the relationship between the perception of the quality of nursing care and the level of satisfaction of the patient with Chemotherapy for breast cancer of the Regional Institute of Neoplastic Diseases. The sample universe consisted of 50 patients who met the established inclusion criteria. For the collection of data, two instruments were used: a survey on the perception of the quality of nursing care and a survey of user satisfaction. The results were presented in simple tables and double entry, for the statistical analysis the test of independence of criteria Chi square was used. The conclusions were: 76% have an optimal perception of the quality of nursing care and 24% have a regular perception. 84% of the patients are satisfied and 16% are fairly satisfied. There is a statistically significant relationship between the perception of the quality of nursing care and the level of satisfaction of the patient with Chemotherapy for breast cancer at the Regional Institute of Neoplastic Diseases. | es_PE |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio c uantitativa de tipo descriptivo correlacional, s e realizó con el objetivo de determ i nar la r elación entre percepción de la calidad de cuidado de E nfermería y el nivel de satisfacción del paciente con Quimioterapia por cáncer de mama del Instituto Regional de Enfermedades N eoplásicas . El universo muestral estuvo constituido por 50 pacient e s que cu mplieron los criterios de inclusión establecidos. Para la recolección de los datos, se utilizaron dos instrumentos: encuesta sobre percepción de calidad de cuidado de enfermería y encuesta de satisfacción del usuario . Los resultados se p resentaron en tab la s simples y de doble entrada, para el análisis estadístico se utilizó la prueba de independencia de criterios Chi cuadrado . Las conclusiones fueron: El 76 % tienen una percepción optima de la calidad de cuidado de E nfermería y un 24 % tienen una pe r cepció n regular. El 84 de los pacientes están satisfechos y un 16 % se encuentran medianamente satisfechos. E xiste relación estadísticamente significativa entre percepción de la calidad de cuidado de E nfermería y el nivel de satisfacción del paciente con Quimio te rapia por cáncer de mama del Instituto Regional de Enfermedades N eoplásicas | es_PE |
