Abstract
El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar como un diseño de un sistema de
comunicación basado en Voz IP influye en la mejora la gestión en la empresa HARDTECH
SOLUTIONS. Se aplicó el diseño correlacional descriptivo, donde el tipo fue aplicado no
experimental y de corte transversal. Para el desarrollo del estudio se seleccionó una muestra
de 40 personas, a quien se les aplicó los dos instrumentos que se validaron previamente.
Dentro del resultado principal, el presente estudio ayudó a determinar la existencia de una
relación entre un sistema de comunicación y la gestión de la empresa, donde con la
aplicación del estadístico de Rho Spearman, se obtuvo un (r=0.750) y un valor significativo
0.000 (p<0.05), por lo que se concluye que, un sistema de comunicación basado en Voz IP
influye significativamente en la mejora de la gestión de la empresa HARDTECH
SOLUTIONS SAC.
The objective of this study was to determine how a design of a communication system based on Voice IP influences the improvement of management in the company HARDTECH SOLUTIONS. The descriptive correlational design was applied, where the type was applied non-experimental and cross-sectional.
