dc.descriptionThis thesis is staged in an educational institution located in the Province of Sanchez Carrion, La Libertad (Peru); the main purpose of research is to explain how the directive function influences the Teaching Practice (...). It has reviewed the problematic reality and has formulated the following problem: How the directive function influences the teaching practice in the Upper and the Lower of School No. 80765, in the Town Center Cuin District Cochorco - Year 2015?. For data collection they have been taken into account two populations whose samples are equivalent in their members: 42 parents (28 and Upper Part Lower Part 14) and 6 teachers (Part 3 and Part Low High 3). It has been applied surveys concerning the beginning and end of the academic year 2015, and revised some documents of interest of the institution. Following the scientific method, we have been processed data and obtained results, has also performed the analysis and discussion corresponding coming to demonstrate the validity of the hypothesis: "The directive function in the upper part, thanks to the intervention of a management team influences favorably in teaching practice in relation to the Lower of School No. 80765, District Cochorco - Year 2015". They have generated conclusions and recommendations; the most important conclusion emphasizes that the intervention strategy, with the participation of representatives of parents and alderman of the Municipality, contribute significantly to the directive function of the Upper Educational Institution, from mid-level to high level; which it has also influenced favorably in teaching practice, from low to medium level; something that has not happened in the Lower. It is recommended to work together not only on the high side but also in the Lower for which they should seek the involvement of parents and the support of other related institutions to strengthen the role Directive and consequently the teaching practice, improving and educational quality.es_PE
dc.description.abstractLa presente tesis tiene como escenario una institución educativa, ubicada en la Provincia de Sánchez Carrión, Región la Libertad (Perú); el objetivo principal de investigación es explicar de qué manera la Función Directiva influye en la Práctica Docente (…). Se ha revisado la realidad problemática y se ha formulado el siguiente problema: ¿De qué manera la Función Directiva influye en la Práctica Docente en la Parte Alta y la Parte Baja de la Institución Educativa N° 80765, en el Centro Poblado Cuin, Distrito de Cochorco - Año 2015?. Para la recolección de datos se han tenido en cuenta dos poblaciones cuyas muestras son equivalentes en sus integrantes: 42 padres de familia (Parte Baja 14 y Parte Alta 28) y 6 profesores (Parte Baja 3 y Parte Alta 3). Se ha aplicado las encuestas referentes al inicio como al término del año académico 2015, y se han revisado algunos documentos de interés de la institución. Siguiendo el método científico, se han procesado los datos y se ha obtenido los resultados, también se ha realizado el análisis y discusión correspondientes, llegando a demostrar la validez de la hipótesis: “La Función Directiva en la Parte Alta, gracias a la intervención de un equipo directivo, influye de manera favorable en la Práctica Docente en relación a la Parte Baja de la Institución Educativa N° 80765, Centro Poblado Cuin, Distrito de Cochorco - Año 2015”. Se han generado las conclusiones y recomendaciones; la más importante conclusión destaca que la estrategia de intervención, con la participación de los representantes de padres de familia y del regidor de la Municipalidad, contribuyen significativamente en la Función Directiva de la Parte Alta de la Institución Educativa, pasando del nivel medio al nivel alto; lo cual ha influido también de manera favorable en la Práctica Docente, pasando del nivel bajo a nivel medio; algo que no ha sucedido en la Parte Baja. Se recomienda trabajar en equipo no sólo en la Parte Alta sino también en la Parte Baja para lo cual se debe buscar la participación de los padres de familia y el apoyo de otras instituciones vinculadas, para fortalecer la Función Directiva y consecuentemente la Práctica Docente, mejorando así la calidad educativa.es_PE
