Abstract
El objetivo general de esta investigación fue determinar la incidencia del Control Interno en la Gestión
Administrativa de la Municipalidad Distrital de Laredo, 2023.
Es de tipo aplicada y mixto: cualitiva- cuantitativa, diseño no experimental transversal, con un alcance
tipo descriptivo, correlacional.
Se consideró un total de 130 trabajadores para la población y muestra. Para recolectar los datos, la
técnica empleada es la encuesta y el instrumento empleado fue el cuestionario y la Escala de Likert.
Los resultados revelan varios hallazgos significativos: Deficiencias en el ambiente de control y gestión
de riesgos, Cumplimiento parcial en actividades de control gerencial, Escasa significación en
información y comunicación, Baja incidencia de supervisión efectiva, Relación positiva entre control
interno y planificación, y organización, Falta de correlación entre control interno y dirección, y control
de recursos humanos y financieros.
Se concluye, que existe una correlación muy alta entre ambas variables, el control interno tiene
incidencia significativa en la gestión administrativa de la Municipalidad Distrital de Laredo, 2023. Los
resultados proporcionan una visión integral, destacando áreas de mejora y puntos críticos que deben
abordarse para fortalecer la gestión administrativa en el futuro.
The general objective of this research was to determine the incidence of Internal Control in the Administrative Management of the District Municipality of Laredo, 2023. It is applied and mixed: qualitative-quantitative, non-experimental cross-sectional design, with a descriptive, correlational scope. A total of 130 workers were considered for the population and sample. To collect the data, the technique used is the survey and the instrument used was the questionnaire and the Likert Scale. The results reveal several significant findings: Deficiencies in the risk control and management environment, Partial compliance in management control activities, Little significance in information and communication, Low incidence of effective supervision, Positive relationship between internal control and planning, and organization, Lack of correlation between internal control and management, and control of human and financial resources. It is concluded that there is a very high correlation between both variables, internal control has a significant impact on the administrative management of the District Municipality of Laredo, 2023. The results provide a comprehensive vision, highlighting areas of improvement and critical points that must be addressed to strengthen administrative management in the future.
