dc.descriptionThe Integral Pre-university Academy Class is an educational institution aimed at high school students seeking to enter higher education with the highest level of competence in the entrance exams. In the development of the present research project, the current situation of the institution is approached by proposing the design of information systems that adjust to the requirements of the business, such as the reduction of time to carry out administrative processes, the support of new functionalities; In this way, the information will be integrated and will allow improving the management and planning of the organization. The purpose of this research project is to demonstrate that by analyzing the current situation, the description of the future situation and the development of the strategy of the transition plan, the use of information technologies in order to plan achieve the achievement of business objectives. For the elaboration of the Strategic Planning of Information Systems, the methodology of the National Institute of Statistics and Informatics (INEI) was used. The structure of the present research project consists of six chapters; in the first chapter, initial aspects are described for the development of the research such as the problematic reality of the organization, statement of the problem, hypothesis, justification of the study and objectives of the research project; in the second chapter, the background is reviewed, the theoretical - conceptual framework is elaborated and the methodology to be applied is determined; in the third chapter, the materials and methods to be used for the development of the research are described; in the fourth chapter, the results of the application of the methodology are determined; in the fifth chapter, the results found are discussed; and in the sixth chapter, conclusions and recommendations are determinedes_PE
dc.description.abstractLa Academia Preuniversitaria Integral Class es una institución educativa dirigida a estudiantes de nivel secundario que buscan ingresar a la educación superior con el mayor nivel de competencia en los exámenes de admisión. En el desarrollo del presente proyecto de investigación, se aborda la situación actual de la institución planteando el diseño de sistemas de información que se ajusten a los requerimientos del negocio, tales como la reducción de tiempo para efectuar procesos administrativos, el soporte de nuevas funcionalidades; de este modo, la información será integra y permitirá mejorar la gestión y planificación de la organización. El propósito de este proyecto de investigación es evidenciar que mediante el análisis de la situación actual, la descripción de la situación futura y el desarrollo de la estrategia del plan de transición se pueden planificar de forma adecuada el uso de las tecnologías de información a fin de lograr la consecución de objetivos del negocio. Para la elaboración del Planeamiento Estratégico de Sistemas de Información se empleó la metodología del Instituto Nacional de Estadística e Informática (INEI). La estructura del presente proyecto de investigación consta de seis capítulos; en el primer capítulo, se describen aspectos iniciales para el desarrollo de la investigación tales como la realidad problemática de la organización, enunciado del problema, hipótesis, justificación del estudio y objetivos del proyecto de investigación; en el segundo capítulo, se revisan los antecedentes, se elabora el marco teórico –conceptual y se determina la metodología a aplicar; en el tercer capítulo, se describen los materiales y métodos a utilizar para el desarrollo de la investigación; en el cuarto capítulo, se determinan los resultados de la aplicación de la metodología; en el quinto capítulo, se discuten los resultados encontrados; y en el sexto capítulo, se determinan las conclusiones y recomendaciones.es_PE
