Abstract
En la presente investigación denominada “Digitalización de recursos humanos para
mejorar la gestión comercial” tuvo como objetivo general sustentar cómo la digitalización de
recursos humanos mejora la gestión comercial en el colegio San Francisco de Asís 2021-2022.
Para el estudio teórico de dichas variables entre otros autores se tomó como base a Poza (2020)
para la digitalización de recursos humanos y para gestión comercial a Gil et al (2020).
El tipo de investigación fue explicativa porque se halla una significancia entre ambas
variables, por lo cual para este trabajo se tomó una muestra de 101 personas conformada entre
padres, docentes y directivos de la Institución San Francisco de Asís y para recabar dicha
información se utilizó como técnicas la encuestas y la entrevistas y como instrumentos
cuestionario y guía de entrevistas.
Para concluir esta investigación se infirió que se puede sustentar la mejora de manera
estadística, calificativa, propositiva y tras un análisis de variables, por lo cual podemos finalizar
mencionando que ambas variables están íntimamente relacionadas por lo cual al digitalizar los
recursos humanos se mejorará la gestión comercial.
In the present investigation called "Digitalization of human resources to improve commercial management" The general objective was to support how the digitalization of human resources improves commercial management in the San Francisco de Asís school 2021-2022.
