Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación se desarrolló con el objetivo de determinar en qué
medida el área de abastecimiento brinda atención eficaz de los recursos a las diversas áreas de la Municipalidad de Curgos; la investigación realizada fue de tipo descriptiva no experimental, utilizó la metodología de investigación de tipo: aplicada, no experimental, se utilizó el método Inductivo–Deductivo, método Hipotético–Deductivo y el método Análisis–Síntesis, también se utilizó la encuesta como técnica de investigación, para desarrollar el trabajo de investigación, se tomó como población a los servidores del área de abastecimiento y a los responsables de las diversas dependencias de la Municipalidad Distrital de Curgos, precisando que es una muestra no probabilística y a conveniencia de acuerdo con los requerimientos de la investigación; en la investigación realizada se obtuvo como resultado principal que existe una relación positiva entre el área de abastecimiento y la atención eficaz de recursos en la Municipalidad de Curgos, la misma que se sustenta con el coeficiente de correlación que se determinó (donde r = 0.67) resultado que implica que se aceptó la hipótesis de investigación; de la misma manera la principal conclusión señala que la percepción de las diversas áreas de la Municipalidad Distrital de Curgos con respecto a la atención de recursos no es eficaz, conclusión que se sustenta en los resultados obtenidos de la medición de las variables que evidenciaron un nivel medio (media = 32) en la percepción de atención eficaz de recursos.
Description
The present research work was developed with the objective of determining to what extent the supply area provides effective attention of the resources to the different areas of the Municipality of Curgos; The research carried out was of a non-experimental descriptive type, using the research methodology of type: applied, not experimental, the Inductive-Deductive method, the Hypothetical-Deductive method and the Analysis-Synthesis method were used, the survey was also used as a technique research, to develop the research work, was taken as a population to the servers of the supply area and those responsible for the various dependencies of the District Municipality of Curgos, specifying that it is a nonprobabilistic and convenience sample in accordance with the requirements of the investigation; In the research carried out, the main result was that there is a positive relationship between the supply area and the effective attention of resources in the Municipality of Curgos, which is based on the correlation coefficient that was determined (where r = 0.67) result that implies that the research hypothesis was accepted; In the same way, the main conclusion is that the perception of the different areas of the District Municipality of Courses regarding the attention of resources is not effective, a conclusion that is based on the results obtained from the measurement of the variables that showed a level average (mean = 32) in the perception of effective attention to resources.
