dc.descriptionThe present research work has been carried out in the Province of Chepén (Trujillo Safety Agency S.A.) trying to solve the following main problem: What impact does the high loan delinquency rate in the profitability of the Municipal Savings and Credit Trujillo SA - Agency Chepén period 2012? , The overall objective of this research was to determine the incidence of high loan delinquency rate in the Municipal Savings and Credit Trujillo S.A. - Agency Chepén general hypothesis that has been raised is the following : the high rate of loan delinquencies , if affects the profitability of the Municipal Savings and Credit Trujillo S.A. - Agency Chepén period 2012. The research was in the field, as was done directly in the company box Trujillo S.A. , in the level of research was descriptive and research techniques used were observation, surveys, statistical tables and documentary analysis that served the basis for the analysis of the results in which it was determined that the high rate of delinquency is due to several factors , which somehow makes the default is very high , and negatively impact the profitability of the Caja Trujillo S.A. , which are touched very deeply in this thesis .es_ES
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación se ha llevado a cabo en la Provincia de Chepén (Agencia Caja Trujillo S.A.) procurando resolver el siguiente problema principal: ¿De qué manera incide el elevado índice de morosidad crediticia en la rentabilidad de la Caja Municipal de Ahorro y Crédito Trujillo S.A. – Agencia Chepén periodo 2012?; el objetivo general del presente trabajo de investigación ha sido, determinar la incidencia del elevado índice de morosidad crediticia en la Caja Municipal de Ahorro y Crédito Trujillo S.A. – Agencia Chepén, la hipótesis general que se ha planteado es la siguiente: el elevado índice de morosidad crediticia, si incide en la rentabilidad de la Caja Municipal de Ahorro y Crédito Trujillo S.A. – Agencia Chepén periodo 2012. El tipo de investigación fue de campo, pues se realizó directamente en la empresa Caja Trujillo S.A., en cuanto al nivel de investigación fue descriptivo, así como las técnicas de investigación que se utilizaron fueron la observación, encuestas, cuadros estadísticos y análisis documentarios que sirvió de base para el análisis de los resultados en los que se pudo determinar que el elevado índice de morosidad se debe a diversos factores, que de alguna forma hace que la morosidad sea muy elevada, y repercuta negativamente en la rentabilidad de la Caja Trujillo S.A., lo cual se tocara muy a fondo en la presente tesis.es_ES
