Abstract
El presente estudio tiene como propósito fundamental analizar la influencia del liderazgo transformacional sobre el trabajo significativo de los colaboradores de la empresa 3A AMSEQ – Trujillo: 2020. Se ha considerado el tipo de investigación aplicada, teniendo como base un diseño descriptivo, y la muestra constó de 148 colaboradores, con los cuales se trabajó aplicando los métodos y técnicas de la investigación cuantitativa: Método estadístico y como técnica a la encuesta, y la investigación cualitativa: Método inductivo – deductivo; y como técnicas la observación directa y la entrevista. Los resultados demuestran la influencia determinante del liderazgo transformacional sobre la dimensión trabajo significativo y la dimensión construcción de realización personal y significado de vida a través del trabajo de los colaboradores en esta organización laboral. Finalmente consideramos, que debido a la notable competitividad en los mercados, los colaboradores pueden convertirse en la ventaja competitiva de cada organización, sobre todo si trabajan conjuntamente. Con esta actividad, el trabajo en equipo es una oportunidad para que el líder transformacional motive a los participantes del grupo a explotar y compartir sus habilidades para mejorar los índices de producción y productividad. La presente tesis se subdivide en: Capitulo I. Introducción: Realidad problemática, antecedentes, bases teóricas y marco conceptual; Capítulo II. Metodología; Capítulo III. Presentación de resultados; Capítulo IV. Discusión de resultados. Capitulo V. Conclusiones; Capítulo VI. Recomendaciones, Capitulo VII. Referencias bibliográficas y Anexos.
ABSTRACT The main purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on the significant work of the collaborators of the company 3A AMSEQ - Trujillo: 2020. The type of applied research was considered, based on a descriptive design, and the sample consisted of 148 collaborators, with whom we worked applying the methods and techniques of quantitative research: Statistical method and as a technique to the survey, and the qualitative research: Inductive - deductive method; and as techniques direct observation and interview. The results demonstrate the determining influence of transformational leadership on the significant work dimension and the construction dimension of personal fulfillment and meaning of life through the work of collaborators in this labor organization. Finally, we consider that due to the notable competitiveness in the markets, employees can become the competitive advantage of each organization, especially if they work together. With this activity, teamwork is an opportunity for the transformational leader to motivate group participants to exploit and share their skills to improve production and productivity rates. This thesis is subdivided into: Chapter I. Introduction: Troubled reality, background, theoretical bases and conceptual framework; Chapter II. Methodology; Chapter III. Results presentation; Chapter IV. Discussion of results. Chapter V. Conclusions; Chapter VI. Recommendations, Chapter VII. Bibliographic references and Annexes.
