In the mining contractor AUSTRAL S.A.C. there are a lot of accidents and incidents, a fact that goes unnoticed by the board of directors and general management, until it revealed the reality in which the company is, which, given the number of accidents, shows losses in the process, economic and human. As a commitment is to implement strategies to implement an occupational health and safety management system, these strategies will be developed systematically in the contractor company AUSTRAL S.A.C. Implementing strategies in occupational health and safety management, the aim is to reduce accidents and incidents, through the awareness of top management and general management, the evaluation and relocation of the personnel working in the company, the selection by competencies of the personnel that will enter to work in the contractor company and training, training and monitoring of management tools in occupational health and safety.es_PE
dc.description.abstractActualmente, las empresas mineras y contratistas centran sus esfuerzos en reducir al máximo posible los incidentes y accidentes laborales que ocurren día a día. En la contratista minera AUSTRAL S.A.C. se presentan una gran cantidad de accidentes e incidentes, hecho que pasa desapercibido por el directorio y gerencia general, hasta que se puso de manifiesto la realidad en la que se encuentra la empresa, que, dado la cantidad de accidentes, presenta perdidas en el proceso, económicas y humanas. Como cometido se tiene el de implementar estrategias para implantar un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional, dichas estrategias serán desarrolladas en sistemáticamente en la empresa contratista AUSTRAL S.A.C. Implementando las estrategias en gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional, se busca la disminución de los accidentes e incidentes, esto mediante la sensibilización de la alta dirección y gerencia general, la evaluación y reubicación del personal que labora en la empresa, la selección por competencias del personal que ingresará a laborar en la empresa contratista y la capacitación, entrenamiento y monitoreo de las herramientas de gestión en seguridad y salud ocupacional.es_PE
