dc.descriptionThe interest was to determine the socio-affective factors that are associated with teen pregnancy; a study of cases and controls performed, studying 53 pregnant adolescents who attended the District Hospital Walter Cruz Vilca Alto Moche, in the period between January 2011 and June 2012 for the cases and for non pregnant controls. For statistical analysis, the chi-square test was used, setting the significance level at P <0.05. We found that the social factor as is the opinion of friends is associated with teenage pregnancy with a P <0.01, as well as the emotional factor, family environment, with P < 0.001es_ES
dc.description.abstractEl interés fue determinar los factores socio-afectivos que se asocian al embarazo en adolescentes; realizándose un estudio de casos y controles, estudiándose a 53 gestantes adolescentes que acudieron al Hospital Distrital Walter Cruz Vilca de Alto Moche, en el periodo comprendido entre Diciembre 2011 y Junio 2012 para los Casos y adolescentes no gestantes para los Controles. Para el análisis estadístico se utilizó la prueba de Chi cuadrado, fijándose el nivel de significancia en P < 0.05. Se encontró que el factor social como es la opinión de los amigos se asocia a embarazos en adolescentes con un P < 0.01, al igual que el factor afectivo, entorno familiar, con un P < 0.001.es_ES
