dc.descriptionThe objective of the research was to develop a system of monitoring and evaluation of an occupational health and safety management system based on the balanced scorecard. The research methodology corresponds to the descriptive transversal design applied on occupational health and safety management system designed for the operating areas of the company Agroindustrial Peru Tara. The results describe an operational process composed of four stages: processing tara powder, tara gum, gallic acid and other derivatives; And warehouse management. Processes that correspond to the key processes of the company. Through the strategic map tool, the strategic objectives were grouped into four perspectives: Financial, Clients, Internal Processes and Learning. From which it was designed a Command Board composed of 22 inductors and 9 strategic initiatives. The monitoring of the system was carried out by the values reached by the specific indicators month to month, which feed information to calculate the indicators of the strategic objectives, which in turn, allow determining the indicators of the prospects of the BSC. And the evaluation consists of comparing the results obtained by the indicators with the proposed goals. By performing a simulation of the operation of the BSC, it was possible to determine that the BSC is a fundamental tool for integrating planning in the short and long term with the budget execution of the organizationes_PE
dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de la investigación fue desarrollar un sistema de monitoreo y evaluación de un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional mediante el balanced scorecard. La metodología de investigación corresponde al diseño descriptivo transversal aplicado sobre un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional diseñado para las áreas de producción y almacenamiento de la empresa Agroindustrial Perú Tara. Los resultados describen un proceso operativo compuesto por cuatro productos: elaboración de polvo de tara, de goma de tara, de ácido gálico y otros derivados. Mediante la herramienta del mapa estratégico se determinaron los objetivos estratégicos agrupados en cuatro perspectivas: Financiera, Clientes, Procesos internos y de Aprendizaje. A partir del cual se diseñó un Tablero de Comando compuesto por 22 inductores y 9 iniciativas estratégicas. El monitoreo del sistema se realizó mediante los valores alcanzados por los indicadores específicos mes a mes y según frecuencia de control, los cuales alimentan de información para calcular los indicadores de los objetivos estratégicos, los cuales a su vez, permiten determinar los indicadores de las perspectivas del BSC. La evaluación consiste en comparar los resultados obtenidos por los indicadores con las metas propuestas. Al realizar las simulaciones de la operatividad del BSC se pudo determinar que el BSC es una herramienta fundamental para integrar la planificación en el corto y largo plazo con la ejecución presupuestal de la organización.es_PE
