dc.descriptionThe purpose of this thesis is to determine the impact of the Internal Control of Cash Flow in the development of the Financial Policy of the company FERTILIZANTES ANTONIO EIRL, Guadalupe, 2016. For this purpose, using the interview tool, the company's problems were described , Cash Flow Cash Internal Control strategies were proposed, as well as with the comparison and analysis of the Financial Statements, what was the status of the Company's Financial Policy after applying the strategies of Internal Control of Cash of Cash Flow. The research has been developed in seven chapters, which include: Introduction, methodological framework, results, discussion, conclusions, recommendations and bibliographical references. The Descriptive method was applied, since the researched data are obtained by the perception of the facts; and the Application method was also used because it broadens the knowledge destined to seek the improvement of the Financial Policy of the Company Fertilizantes Antonio E.I.R.L., through the Internal Control of Cash Flow. It was concluded with this study that with the application of the Cash Flow Cash Control strategies effectively helps the development of the Financial Policy of the company FERTILIZANTES ANTONIO EIRL, in comparison to the strategies of Internal Control of the Cash of the Cash flow that used to be used before.es_PE
dc.description.abstractLa presente tesis tiene por objeto determinar la incidencia del Control Interno del Flujo de Caja en el desarrollo de la Política Financiera de la empresa Fertilizantes Antonio E.I.R.L., Guadalupe, año 2016. Para ello aplicando la herramienta de la entrevista se describió la problemática de la empresa, se propuso estrategias de Control Interno del Efectivo del Flujo de Caja, así como también con la comparación y el análisis de los Estados Financieros se determinó cuál es la situación de la Política Financiera de la empresa después de aplicar las estrategias de Control Interno del Efectivo del Flujo de Caja. La investigación se ha desarrollado en siete capítulos, los cuales comprenden: Introducción, marco metodológico, resultados, discusión, conclusiones, recomendaciones y referencias bibliográficas. Se aplicó el método Descriptivo, ya que los datos investigados son obtenidos por la percepción de los hechos; y también se utilizó el método Aplicativo porque amplía el conocimiento destinado a procurar la mejora de la Política Financiera de la Empresa Fertilizantes Antonio E.I.R.L., mediante el Control Interno del Flujo de Caja. Se concluyó con éste estudio que con la aplicación de la propuesta de las estrategias de Control Interno del Efectivo del Flujo de Caja efectivamente ayuda al desarrollo de la Política Financiera de la empresa FERTILIZANTES ANTONIO E.I.R.L., en comparación a las estrategias de Control Interno del Efectivo del Flujo de Caja que antes se empleaban.es_PE
