| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación, de tipo descriptiva correlacional de corte transversal se realizó con el propósito de determinar los determinantes sociales en el control de hipertensión arterial de los pacientes que acuden al programa de enfermedades no transmisibles del Hospital Santa Isabel del Distrito el Porvenir, 2021, la muestra estuvo conformada por 80 pacientes hipertensos, a quienes se les aplico el instrumento tipo cuestionario sobre los determinantes sociales de la salud , para medir la correlación de variables se aplicó la prueba estadística de chi cuadrado, llegando a los siguientes resultado: en el determinante biosociales el 81.3% fueron mujeres y el 18.8% hombres, de ellos el 63.8% fueron adultos mayores y 36.3% adultos maduros, el 41.3% tienen grado de instrucción primaria, el 42.5% secundaria el 13.8% grado de instrucción superior y solo el 2.5% son analfabetos, el 33.8% su ocupación amas de casa el 58.8% tiene trabajo eventual, y solo el 6.3% jubilados. En el determinante Estilos de vida se encontró que el 81,3% de los pacientes no fuman solo el 18.8% fuman, no consumen alcohol el 65.0% el 35 si consumen alcohol, el 98.8% refieren que consumen alimentación saludable y solo el 1.3 no acuden a sus controles médicos y solo el 16.3% no acuden a sus controles, y el 83.8%. | dc.description.abstract | The present investigation, of a descriptive correlational cross-sectional type, was carried out with the purpose of determining the social determinants in the control of arterial hypertension of patients who attend the non-communicable disease program of the Hospital Santa Isabel del Distrito el Porvenir, 2021, the The sample consisted of 80 hypertensive patients, to whom the questionnaire-type instrument on the social determinants of health was applied, reaching the following results: in the biosocial determinant, 81.3% were women and 18.8% men, 63.8% of them.
