Abstract
El presente trabajo de tesis, tiene como objetivo general proponer un balance hídrico en las áreas de mejoramiento del valle Chicama, en el ámbito de influencia de la III Etapa del Proyecto Especial Chavimochic, teniendo en cuenta el planteamiento de la instalación de una serie de cultivos exportables que tienen buena rentabilidad económica en el mercado internacional, generando el crecimiento del sector agroindustrial que indirectamente origina miles de nuevos puestos de trabajo representando un desarrollo con inclusión social. El método empleado para el cálculo de la demanda Hídrica fue utilizando el procedimiento según el MINAGRI (Ministerio de Agricultura y Riego) concluyendo en lo siguiente resultados: Se determinó que podemos realizar el riego de las 72,614.00 Ha de las Áreas de Mejoramiento del Valle Chicama, en las condiciones actuales de disponibilidad del recurso hídrico. Con una oferta de agua de 916. 053 787 MMC anual y una demanda de 788. 048 738 MMC anual, lo cual hace viable la ejecución del proyecto propuesto para (42, 950 ha con licencia y 29, 614 Ha con permisos). Se estimó el balance hídrico de la nueva propuesta de cedula de cultivo en las 72,614.00 Ha, en las condiciones de incremento de la disponibilidad del recurso hídrico con la III Etapa Proyecto Chavimochic, en el área de mejoramiento del valle Chicama, Con una oferta de agua de 1,292. 653 799 MMC y una demanda de 977. 968 936 MMC lo cual hace viable la ejecución del proyecto propuesto (58, 385.4 ha con licencia y 14 228.7 Ha con permisos).
ABSTRACT The present thesis work has the general objective of proposing a water balance in the improvement areas of the Chicama valley, in the sphere of influence of the III Stage of the Chavimochic Special Project, taking into account the approach of the installation of a series of crops exportables that have good economic profitability in the international market, generating the growth of the agro-industrial sector that indirectly originates thousands of new jobs representing a development with social inclusion. The method used to calculate the Hydric demand was using the procedure according to the MINAGRI (Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation) concluding in the following results. It was determined that we can irrigate the 72,614.00 Ha of the Valle Chicama Improvement Areas, under the current conditions of availability of water resources. With a water supply of 916. 053 787 MMC per year and a demand of 788. 048 738 MMC per year, which makes the execution of the proposed project viable for (42, 950 ha with license and 29, 614 Ha with permits).
