dc.descriptionThe research problem addressed in this work is the classification and retrieval of information, and that given the vast amount of knowledge accumulated from various sources and the need to get the most relevant to our needs since it is a subject that has had a growing interest from researchers._x000D_ Therefore, there is need to look for new alternatives that provide solutions to this problem, so in this research to solve this problem has been proposed to develop an agent that relying on ontologies, meets the needs of information through pre-qualification documents in plain text, which then respond to these needs for information made by a query._x000D_ By analyzing the results obtained during tests, it was determined that the solution proposed in this research can be considered as a good alternative classification and subsequent retrieval of information, as it has an effectiveness rate of 60%._x000D_ Upon completion of this investigation, it was meet the overall objective, which was to be able to classify and later retrieve information by using intelligent agent supported ontologies, and thus also tested the hypothesises_PE
dc.description.abstractEl problema de investigación que aborda este trabajo es la clasificación y recuperación de información, ya que dada la extensa cantidad de conocimiento acumulado en diversas fuentes y la necesidad de obtener la información más relevante a nuestras necesidades desde ella, es un tema que siempre ha tenido un creciente interés por parte de los investigadores._x000D_ Por lo tanto, existe la necesidad de buscar nuevas alternativas que den solución a este problema, por lo que en esta investigación para resolver este problema se ha planteado desarrollar un agente, el que apoyándose en las ontologías, responda a las necesidades de información, mediante la clasificación previa de documentos en texto plano, los cuales posteriormente respondan a estas necesidades de información realizadas mediante una consulta._x000D_ Mediante el análisis de los resultados obtenidos durante las pruebas, se pudo determinar que la solución planteada en la presente investigación puede ser considerada como una buena alternativa en la clasificación y posterior recuperación de información, ya que presenta una tasa de efectividad del 60%._x000D_ Al finalizar esta investigación se logró cumplir con el objetivo general, el cual consistía en poder clasificar y posteriormente recuperar información mediante el uso de un agente inteligente apoyado de ontologías, y de esta manera también se probó la hipótesis planteadaes_PE
