Abstract
Estudio cuantitativo, descriptivo con alcance correlacional de corte transversal y diseño no experimental. Objetivo: determinar la satisfacción de la mujer ante el cuidado humanizado que brinda la enfermera durante el periodo posparto. La muestra estuvo constituida por 66 usuarias atendidas en el Hospital de Especialidades Básicas La Noria seleccionadas por muestreo aleatorio estratificado. Para la recolección de datos se utilizaron dos cuestionarios: percepción de los comportamientos de cuidado humanizado en enfermería PCHE Clinicountry 3ª versión y la escala de satisfacción del paciente. Los resultados mostraron que el 47 % de las mujeres en periodo posparto siempre percibieron cuidado humanizado, el 36,4 % casi siempre, 10,6% algunas veces y 6,1% nunca apreciaron el cuidado humanizado. Por otro lado, el 86,4% de mujeres en periodo posparto presentan satisfacción alta, mientras que 13,6% manifiesta satisfacción media. Conclusión: Existe relación significativa entre la variable independiente cuidado humanizado y la variable dependiente satisfacción de la mujer en periodo posparto

Objective: determine women's satisfaction with the humanized care provided by nurses during the postpartum period. The sample consisted of 66 users treated at the La Noria Basic Specialties Hospital selected by stratified random sampling. Two questionnaires were used to collect data: perception of humanized care behaviors in nursing PCHE Clinicountry 3rd version and the patient satisfaction scale. The results showed that 47% of women in the postpartum period always perceived humanized care, 36.4% almost always, 10.6% sometimes and 6.1% never appreciated humanized care. On the other hand, 86.4% of women in the postpartum period show high satisfaction, while 13.6% show medium satisfaction.
