dc.descriptionThe present thesis aims to determine how feasible is the expansion of transportation routes in the provinces of San Marcos and Cajabamba, for the cargo transport company Mendoza. The intention is to provide the same cargo transportation service from the Lima- Celendín route to the Lima-San Marcos-Cajabamba route at the lowest market price. For which a market study was carried out in the province of San Marcos and another in the province of Cajabamba to merchants and citizens. The results obtained in this investigation revealed that it is appropriate to expand the transportation routes in the provinces of San Marcos and Cajabamba, since the current services provided by the companies that currently work there do not satisfy the needs of the clients in their entirety A predisposition to potential customers to use a new cargo transport service, and the cargo transport sector has been experiencing a considerable growth rate annually according to INEI. The market study allowed us to discover that there is an unsatisfied demand in this sector. In addition, through the economic-financial analysis, with the application of the profitability indicators VAN (Net Present Value) and IRR (internal rate of return) it was determined that the project is feasible to carry out.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente tema de tesis tiene por objeto determinar cuan factible es la ampliación de rutas de transporte en las provincias de San Marcos y Cajabamba, para la empresa de transporte de carga Mendoza. La intención es brindar el mismo servicio de transporte de carga de la ruta Lima- Celendín a la ruta Lima-San Marcos-Cajabamba al más bajo precio del mercado. Para lo cual se realizó un estudio de mercado en la provincia de San marcos y otro en la provincia de Cajabamba a comerciantes y ciudadanos. Los resultados obtenidos en esta investigación revelaron que, es adecuado ampliar las rutas de transporte en las provincias de San Marcos y Cajabamba, puesto que los servicios actuales brindados por las empresas que actualmente trabajan allí, no satisfacen las necesidades de los clientes en su totalidad teniendo una predisposición los potenciales clientes a usar un nuevo servicio de transporte de carga, así mismo, el sector transporte de carga viene teniendo un tasa crecimiento considerable anualmente según INEI. El estudio de mercado nos permitió descubrir que existe una demanda insatisfecha en dicho sector. Además, mediante el análisis económico-financiero, con la aplicación de los indicadores de rentabilidad VAN (Valor Actual Neto) y TIR (Tasa Interna de Retorno) se determinó que el proyecto es factible llevarlo a cabo.es_PE
