Consumo de medicamentos antianémicos en pacientes del Centro de Salud Materno Infantil de Huanchaco, julio 2021 – abril 2022

Abstract
En el presente estudio retrospectivo se determinó ciertas características del consumo de medicamentos antianémicos en el Centro de Salud Materno Infantil de Huanchaco – MINSA en el periodo de julio 2021 – abril 2022; mediante el cual se realizó el estudio descriptivo sobre el consumo total y mensual de antianémicos y sus diferentes presentaciones, extraído del software del Sistema Integrado de Suministro de Productos Farmacéuticos, Dispositivos Médicos y Productos Sanitarios – SISMED, del Centro de Salud correspondiente. El antianémico de mayor consumo fue las tabletas de ácido fólico + sulfato ferroso 400ug/60mg con 18132 tabletas y el de menor consumo fueron las ampollas de Hierro Sacarato 20 mg Fe/mL – 5 mL inyectable con 70 unidades. Con respecto al género y edad de los pacientes atendidos en este Centro de Salud obtuvimos que según el género de los pacientes se tuvo un mayor consumo de medicamentos antianémicos en mujeres con un promedio de 133 pacientes y un consumo menor en hombres con 72 pacientes. Según la edad se obtuvo un consumo mayor de medicamentos antianémicos con 62 pacientes de 0 a 5 años de edad y un consumo menor de 0 pacientes entre las edades de 60 a 65 años.
ABSTRACT This retrospective study determined certain characteristics of the consumption of antianemic drugs at the Maternal and Child Health Center of Huanchaco - MINSA during the period July 2021 - April 2022; a descriptive study was carried out on the total and monthly consumption of antianemic drugs and their different presentations, extracted from the software of the Integrated Supply System of Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices and Medical Devices - SISMED, of the corresponding Health Center. The antianemic with the highest consumption was folic acid + ferrous sulfate 400ug/60mg tablets with 18132 tablets and the lowest consumption was Iron Saccharate 20 mg Fe/mL - 5 mL injectable ampoules with 70 units. With respect to the sex and age of the patients attended at this Health Center, we obtained that according to the gender of the patients, there was a higher consumption of antianemic drugs in women with an average of 133 patients and a lower consumption in men with 72 patients. According to age, there was a higher consumption of antianemic drugs with 62 patients between 0 and 5 years of age and a lower consumption of 0 patients between 60 and 65 years of age.
