dc.descriptionThe objective of this study was to determine the risk of infarction in adults of the educational center "Dulce Divino Niño de Jesus" Kumamoto-El Porvenir. Analyzing a total of 50 samples of blood drawn to adult volunteers over 18 years of age after signing an informed consent; In the results, 52% had a normal cholesterol level (less than 200mg / dL), 20% moderately high (between 200-239mg / dL) and 28% high (greater than 240mg / dL). Likewise, HDL-cholesterol levels 36% have a high risk level (lower than 40md / dL), 46% normal (between 40-60mg / dL) and 18% protective (higher than 60mg / dL). In terms of body mass index (BMI), 30% have a normal value (18,5-24,9 kg / m2), 30% are overweight (25-39,9 kg / m2), 30% obesity I (30-34,5 kg / m2) and 10% obesity II (35-39.9 kg / m2). Regarding the systolic pressure, 64% is normal (less than 120), 16% in pre-hypertension (121-129), 10% hypertension I (130-139) and 10% hypertension II (greater than 140), and Finally, the level of risk assessed by the Framinghan Score did not show very high or high levels, with 10% moderate risk, 10% low risk and 80% very low risk; concluding in this way that the study population is at very low risk of suffering a heart attackes_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo determinar el riesgo de infarto en adultos del centro educativo “Dulce Divino Niño de Jesús” Kumamoto-El Porvenir. Analizando un total de 50 muestras de sangres extraídas a los adultos voluntarios mayores de 18 años previa firma de un consentimiento informado; en los resultados el 52% presenta un nivel de colesterol normal (menos de 200mg/dL), 20% moderadamente alto (entre 200- 239mg/dL) y 28% alto (mayor a 240mg/dL). Así mismo los niveles colesterol-HDL 36% tiene un nivel de alto riesgo (menor a 40md/dL), 46% normal (entre 40-60mg/dL) y 18% protectivo (mayor a 60mg/dL). En cuanto al índice de masa corporal (IMC) el 30% tiene un valor normal (18,5-24,9 kg/m2), el 30% presenta sobrepeso (25-39,9 kg/m2), 30% obesidad I (30-34,5 kg/m2) y 10% obesidad II (35-39,9 kg/m2). En lo que concierne a la presión sistólica 64% esta normal (menos a 120), 16% en pre hipertensión (121-129) , 10% hipertensión I (130-139) y 10% hipertensión II (mayor a 140), y por último el nivel de riesgo evaluado por el Score de Framinghan no se evidenció niveles muy altos ni altos, con un 10% de riesgo moderado, 10% de riesgo bajo y 80% de riesgo muy bajo; concluyéndose de esta manera que la población de estudio está en muy bajo riesgo de porcentaje de sufrir infartoes_PE
