dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación tiene por objetivo analizar la gestión del talento humano y el desempeño laboral del personal de la empresa ADVISOR IT SAC, Trujillo. La investigación es de tipo aplicada, de diseño no experimental - transversal, descriptivo correlacional, siendo de enfoque cuantitativo. Para la investigación hemos utilizado una muestra 86 colaboradores, para la recolección de datos se han utilizado el instrumento llamado cuestionario que consta de 22 preguntas, las mismas que recogen la información y opinión de los trabajadores con relación a la gestión del talento humano y su relación con el desempeño laboral. En los resultados de la investigación se tiene que la fiabilidad es de 0.955 considerando así con un 95.5 % de confiabilidad respecto a las dimensiones investigadas. Así mismo se muestra un nivel de significancia menor a 0,05, por ende, el coeficiente de correlación hallado es el de Coeficiente de Spearman que permite realizar la respectiva contrastación de hipótesis. Finalmente, de los resultados obtenidos se concluye que las dimensiones como: Incorporación, permanencia, desarrollo, prestaciones y relaciones laborales se relacionan significativamente en el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores de la empresa ADVISOR IT SAC.es_PE
dc.description.abstractABSTRACT The objective of this investigation is to analyze the management of human talent and the work performance of the personnel of the company ADVISOR IT SAC, Trujillo. The research is of an applied type, of a non-experimental design - cross-sectional, descriptive correlational, being of a quantitative approach. For the investigation we have used a sample of 86 collaborators, for the data collection the instrument called questionnaire has been used, which consists of 22 questions, the same ones that collect the information and opinion of the workers in relation to the management of human talent and its relationship with work performance. In the results of the investigation, the reliability is 0.955, thus considering a 95.5% reliability with respect to the dimensions investigated. Likewise, a significance level of less than 0.05 is shown, therefore, the correlation coefficient found is that of Spearman's Coefficient that allows the respective contrasting of hypotheses to be carried out. Finally, from the results obtained, it is concluded that dimensions such as: Incorporation, permanence, development, benefits and labor relations are significantly related to the work performance of the collaborators of the company ADVISOR IT SAC.
