dc.descriptionThe present architectural project "ECOTURISTIC RESORT FOR THE MOCHE_x000D_ ROUTE IN THE BALNEARIO DE LAS DELICIAS, PROVINCE OF TRUJILLO - LA_x000D_ LIBERTAD", was born with the purpose of reducing the gap in hotel infrastructure of_x000D_ the 5-star category, existing within the La Libertad region and that, in turn, it_x000D_ complements the tourist services offered along the Moche Route, allowing the_x000D_ attraction of a greater flow of national and foreign tourists to the north coast of the_x000D_ country, generating a higher rate of permanence in lodging establishments in the_x000D_ region. and thus representing a positive impact for the economy of the local population,_x000D_ reactivating the sector of its location._x000D_ The development of this project is governed by 5 approaches: supply and demand,_x000D_ identity, sustainability and inclusion, which are analyzed and developed in detail in_x000D_ order to identify vulnerabilities in the existing hotel infrastructure, both functionally and_x000D_ formally, projecting solutions in the design of the resort hotel._x000D_ The project is designed with qualities that highlight the characteristics of the Moche_x000D_ culture, complemented with guidelines on sustainability and universal accessibility;_x000D_ design that, in turn, has been designed in favor of reactivating, reinvigorating and_x000D_ rescuing the tourist image of Las Delicias beach, improving its urban image.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto arquitectónico “RESORT ECOTURÍSTICO PARA LA RUTA_x000D_ MOCHE EN EL BALNEARIO DE LAS DELICIAS, PROVINCIA DE TRUJILLO – LA_x000D_ LIBERTAD”, nace con finalidad disminuir la brecha en infraestructura hotelera de_x000D_ categoría 5 estrellas, existente dentro de la región La Libertad y que, a su vez,_x000D_ complemente a los servicios turísticos ofrecidos a lo largo de la Ruta Moche,_x000D_ permitiendo la atracción de un mayor flujo de turistas nacionales y extranjeros a la_x000D_ costa norte del país, generando un mayor índice de permanencia en establecimientos_x000D_ de hospedaje en la región y representando así un impacto positivo para la economía_x000D_ de la población local, reactivando positivamente el sector de su emplazamiento._x000D_ El desarrollo de este proyecto está regido bajo 5 enfoques: oferta y demanda,_x000D_ identidad, sostenibilidad e inclusión, los cuales se analizan y desarrollan a detalle para_x000D_ poder identificar las vulnerabilidades en la infraestructura hotelera existente, tanto en_x000D_ lo funcional como en lo formal, proyectando las soluciones en el diseño del hotel resort._x000D_ El proyecto esta diseñado con cualidades que destaca las características de la cultura_x000D_ moche, complementado con lineamientos en sostenibilidad y accesibilidad universal;_x000D_ diseño que, a su vez, ha sido pensado a favor de reactivar, repotenciar y rescatar la_x000D_ imagen turística de la playa Las Delicias, mejorando su imagen urbana.es_PE
