Abstract
El desarrollo del Programa de acompañamiento pedagógico en el desempeño de los docentes en la I.E. José Antonio Encinas. Víctor Larco 2018, se presentó con la finalidad de contribuir y mejorar la labor pedagógica del maestro, al observar en los docentes un desempeño pasivo, con dificultades en planificación y conducción del proceso de la enseñanza, buscando promover su participación crítica y reflexiva en relación al proceso de enseñanza, aprendizaje. El objetivo del presente trabajo de investigación es determinar la mejora del programa de acompañamiento pedagógico en el desempeño de los docentes en la I.E. José Antonio Encinas. Víctor Larco 2018, desarrollándose con visitas, talleres planificados acorde a las necesidades formativas de los maestros, utilizando una metodología activa, siendo los protagonistas el docente de aula., al |encargarse de planificar y reflexionar sobre su propio desempeño. La investigación contó con una población de 20 docentes, siendo nuestra muestra, 12 profesores del grupo total del nivel, se optó por el diseño pre experimental de un grupo donde se aplicó el pre test y post test, se utilizó las técnicas como la indagación directa, que permitió recoger información sobre la variable dependiente. La ejecución del programa fue favorable porque permitió mejorar el desempeño docente.
The development of the Pedagogical Support Program for teacher performance at José Antonio Encinas Educational Institution in Víctor Larco, 2018, was presented with the aim of contributing to and improving the pedagogical work of teachers. It was observed that teachers exhibited passive performance, with difficulties in planning and conducting the teaching process. The program sought to promote their critical and reflective participation concerning the teaching and learning process. The objective of this research was to determine the improvement in the pedagogical support program on the performance of teachers at José Antonio Encinas Educational Institution in Víctor Larco, 2018. The program was developed with planned visits and workshops tailored to the teachers' training needs, using an active methodology where classroom teachers were the protagonists, responsible for planning and reflecting on their own performance.The research included a population of 20 teachers, with a sample of 12 teachers from the total group at the level. A pre-experimental design with one group was chosen, where a pre-test and post-test were applied. Techniques such as direct inquiry were used to gather information on the dependent variable. The implementation of the program was favorable as it allowed for the improvement of teacher performance.
