Abstract
La presente investigación correlacional de tipo transversal con diseño descriptiva
explicativa, tuvo por objetivo analizar cómo se relaciona la jornada laboral y el rol parental
de los trabajadores de la Empresa de Perforación Diamantina BRETSA S.A.C. Contando
con una población de 50 trabajares del sexo masculino que laboran y laboraron en el área de
operaciones de la empresa BRETSA SAC, bajo un sistema de trabajo 20x10, 14x7 o 5x2 y
que son padres de familia.
Se aplicó el instrumento denominado “Cuestionario de Jornada Laboral y Rol Parental” (se
aplicó de manera virtual). Respecto a los métodos aplicados tenemos: el sistémico, Inductivo
– Deductivo, Deductivo, Analítico y Descriptivo. Asimismo, se empleó la técnica: Revisión
bibliográfica, entrevista y encuesta.
Para la obtención de los resultados mediante la prueba de Rho de Spearman del programa
estadístico SPSS, se logró determinar que existe una relación significativa de Sig. =0,000
entre las variables jornada laboral y el rol parental y que la intensidad de la relación es
moderada (Rho. = 0,664) aceptando la hipótesis general. Concluyendo que, la Jornada
Laboral influye en el cumplimiento de las funciones parentales de los trabajadores,
existiendo una relación muy significativa (Sig. =0,000) entre la jornada laboral y las
dimensiones del rol parental (competencias parentales, las necesidades humanas y la
crianza); y el Rol Parental influye en el cumplimiento eficaz de las funciones laborales que
ejercen los trabajadores, existiendo una relación muy significativa (Sig. =0,000) entre el
Rol Parental y las dimensiones de Jornada Laboral (desempeño laboral y disposición).
The objective of this cross-sectional correlational research with a descriptive-explanatory design was to analyze how the working day and the parental role of the workers of the Diamantina Drilling Company BRETSA S.A.C are related. With a population of 50 male workers who work and have worked in the operations area of the company BRETSA SAC, under a 20x10, 14x7 or 5x2 work system and who are parents. The instrument called “Working Day and Parental Role Questionnaire” was applied (it was applied virtually). Regarding the methods applied we have: the systemic, Inductive – Deductive, Deductive, Analytical and Descriptive. Likewise, the technique was used: bibliographic review, interview and survey. determined that there is a significant relationship of Sig. =0.000 between the variables working hours and the parental role and that the intensity of the relationship is moderate (Rho. = 0.664) accepting the general hypothesis. Concluding that, the Working Day influences the fulfillment of the parental functions of the workers, there being a very significant relationship (Sig. =0.000) between the working day and the dimensions of the parental role (parental competencies, human needs and parenting). ; and the Parental Role influences the effective fulfillment of the work functions carried out by workers, with a very significant relationship (Sig. =0.000) between the Parental Role and the dimensions of the Work Day (work performance and disposition). Therefore, there is a positive correlation between the variables.
