dc.descriptionABSTRAC The objective of this research is to determine if the University Social Responsibility Program Televisual Competences improves the Citizen Culture of the 4th grade "B" students of the "San Martín de Porres" Educational Institution of La Esperanza, Trujillo, in 2016. The instrument used has been adapted and validated by Vanessa Carolina Moreno Losada (2011), in her study "Relationship of the Conception of Citizen Values and Education for media in two educational institutions of Caracas", after that it was adapted to the research and It was validated by experts in the field. Consider the following dimensions: culture of legality, citizen security, agreements, solidarity, tolerance, trust and political culture. he sample taken for the development of this research was constituted by a group of 42 students from the 4th grade A and B secondary (the first control group and the second experimental group), from the San Martín de Porres Educational Institution, from La Esperanza district , from the city of Trujillo. Using Student's parametric T test, significant differences were obtained in the Citizen Culture in the experimental group. We observed the values associated with the test statistic below the significance level of 0.01, so the null hypothesis was rejected and accepted the research hypothesis that indicates: the University Social Responsibility Program in Television Competencies improves the Citizen Culture of the students of the 4th grade "B" of secondary school, of the Educational Institution San Martin de Porres, La Esperanza, Trujillo, 2016.es_PE
dc.description.abstractRESUMEN La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar si el Programa de Responsabilidad Social Universitaria en Competencias Televisivas, mejora la Cultura Ciudadana de los estudiantes de secundaria de la Institución Educativa “San Martín de Porres” de La Esperanza, Trujillo, en el 2016. El instrumento utilizado fue adaptado de Vanessa Carolina Moreno Losada (2011), en su estudio “Relación de la Concepción de Valores Ciudadanos y la Educación para medios en dos instituciones Educativas de Caracas”, posterior a ello se adecuó a la investigación y fue validada por expertos en la materia. Consideró las siguientes dimensiones: cultura de la legalidad, seguridad ciudadana, acuerdos, solidaridad, tolerancia, confianza y cultura política. La muestra tomada para el desarrollo de esta investigación, estuvo constituida por un grupo de 42 estudiantes del 4to grado A y B de secundaria (el primero grupo control y el segundo experimental), de la Institución Educativa San Martín de Porres, del distrito La Esperanza, de la ciudad de Trujillo Utilizando la Prueba paramétrica T de Student, se obtuvo diferencias significativas en la Cultura Ciudadana en el grupo experimental. Se observaron los valores asociados al estadígrafo de prueba menores al nivel de significación de 0.01, por tanto se rechazó la hipótesis nula y aceptó la hipótesis de investigación que indica: el Programa de Responsabilidad Social Universitaria en Competencias Televisivas mejora la Cultura Ciudadana de los estudiantes del 4to grado “B” de secundaria, de la Institución Educativa San Martín de Porres , La Esperanza, Trujillo, 2016.es_PE
