dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación es realizada con el objetivo de analizar la relación entre los residentes con sus madres tutoras del Centro de Atención Residencial Albergue Infantil Hogar de Esperanza, en el distrito de Salaverry, La Libertad, 2021. Puesto que estos centros de atención residencial albergan niños, niñas y adolescentes declarados en estado de abandono y en riesgo de abandono, quienes están al cuidado de mujeres bajo el termino de madres tutoras, los atienden, educan y brindan la figura de apego para el desarrollo integral de los niños. La población es de 20 niños y adolescentes con edades promedio de 5 a 18 años, siendo la mayoría varones, todos ellos viven agrupados en 3 módulos mini departamentos según su edad y sexo. Los cuales cuentan con 6 madres tutoras quienes rotan los turnos correspondientes, las cuales enfocan su trabajo en brindarles una crianza adecuada a través de cuidado, atención, y formación espiritual, puesto que ellas conviven con los niños. El resultado de la investigación se muestra en la realidad problemática, los antecedentes que son investigaciones similares, las bases teóricas y el marco conceptual que reflejan la parte teórica y sustento legal; el problema e hipótesis y los objetivos que encaminan la investigación, la metodología utilizada fue la observación, entrevista y encuesta realizada a la población de 20 niños residentes; la presentación y discusión de resultados, en la cual se realizó un contraste entre teoría e información recolectada con los instrumentos, así también están las conclusiones y recomendaciones que permitieron establecer acciones de mejora, referencias bibliográficas y finalmente los anexos.
dc.description.abstractABSTRACT This research is carried out with the aim of analyzing the relationship between residents and their guardian mothers of the Hogar de Esperanza Children's Shelter Residential Care Center, in the Salaverry district, La Libertad, 2021. Since these residential care centers house children , girls and adolescents declared in a state of abandonment and at risk of abandonment, who are in the care of women under the term of guardian mothers, care for them, educate them and provide the figure of attachment for the integral development of children. The population is 20 children and adolescents with an average age of 5 to 18 years, the majority being male, all of them live grouped in 3 mini-apartment modules according to their age and sex. Which have 6 guardian mothers who rotate the corresponding shifts, which focus their work on providing adequate upbringing through care, attention, and spiritual formation, since they live with the children. The result of the investigation is shown in the problematic reality, the antecedents th at are similar investigations, the theoretical bases and the conceptual framework that reflect the theoretical part and legal support; the problem and hypothesis and the objectives that guide the investigation, the methodology used was the observation, interview and survey carried out on the population of 20 resident children; the presentation and discussion of results, in which a contrast was made between theory and information collected with the instruments, as well as the conclusions and recommendations that allowed establishing improvement actions, bibliographic references and finally the annexes.
