dc.descriptionThis research work was carried out with the objective of knowing the agronomic management of Hordeum vulgare L. in Caserío Chambuc to (3215 masl) in Santiago de Chuco, La Libertad. It was developed in the months of September to December 2019. Considering the following aspects: sowing season, variety, density and type of planting, fertilization, weed control, irrigation, control of insect pests and diseases, harvest, drying, storage, In addition, information was collected on the destination of the harvest, marketing, production cost, these data were obtained by applying a survey to 47 producers. The results indicate that the producers carry out land prepara tion, cross, with animal traction, using the system of sowing to volley with their own seed which they select from the previous campaign, variety Zapata, 15% of farmers perform organic fertilization, there are no insect pests or major diseases and weed control is manual 30 and 90 days after planting, with Chilean, mustard and chard being the most frequent weeds. It is harvested in the months of June to August, at 6 to 7 months after planting. The yield per hectare is between 2839 kg / ha (maximum), 1132 kg / ha (minimum), while the average yield per hectare is 1798.98 kg. Of the production obtained, 100% of the farmers use it only for consumption and the selling price per arroba is S / 14.00.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación se realizó con el objetivo de conocer el manejo agronómico de Hordeum vulgare L. en Caserío Chambuc a (3215 msnm) en Santiago de Chuco, La Libertad. Se desarrolló en los meses de Setiembre a diciembre del 2019. Considerándose los siguientes aspectos: época de siembra, variedad, densidad y tipo de siembra, abonamiento, control de malezas, riego, control de plagas insectiles y enfermedades, cosecha, secado, almacenamiento, además se recopilo información sobre el destino de la cosecha, comercialización, costo de producción, dichos datos fueron obtenidos mediante la aplicación de encuesta a 47 productores. Los resultados indican que los productores realizan preparación del terreno, cruza, con tracción animal, empleando el sistema de siembra al voleo con su propia semilla seleccionada de la campaña anterior, variedad Zapata, el 15% de agricultores realizan abonamiento orgánico, no se presentan plagas insectiles ni enfermedades de importancia y el control de malezas es manual a los 30 y 90 días después de la siembra, siendo las malezas más frecuentes el chileno, mostaza amarilla y acelga. Se cosecha en los meses de junio a agosto, a los 6 a 7 meses después de la siembra. El rendimiento máximo por hectárea esta entre 2839 kg/ha y mínimo 1132 kg/ha, mientras que el rendimiento promedio por hectárea es de 1798.98 kg. De la producción obtenida, el 100% de los agricultores lo destinan solo para consumo y el precio de venta por arroba es de S/14.00es_PE
