Abstract
El presente estudio: Evaluación de la producción y productividad de postura en gallinas Hy Line Brown, durante el período de levante, en la avícola “El Pavo Rojo”-Otuzco, se realizó con el objetivo de determinar el índice de productividad técnica de la avícola “El Pavo Rojo”, así como calcular los costos económicos y contables de la inversión. Se utilizó una muestra de 322 gallinas, para sistematizar y evaluar los parámetros productivos y reproductivos, observándose una rentabilidad contable de 35%, y la económica, 30%; asimismo, el índice de productividad técnica de 205.9 promedio en toda la Avícola, representando el costo del alimento y de la pollita un 85.36% del total de costos. Se concluye que, la producción y productividad de postura en gallinas Hy Line Brown, durante el período de levante, en la Avícola “El Pavo Rojo”- Otuzco, está por debajo de los estándares contables y de rentabilidad de la explotación de gallinas de esta línea genética.
ABSTRACT The present study: Evaluation of posture production and productivity in Hy Line Brown hens, during the period of release, in the poultry "El Pavo Rojo" - Otuzco, was carried out with the objective of determining the technical productivity index of the poultry "The Red Turkey", as well as calculate the economic and accounting costs of the investment. A sample of 322 chickens was used to systematize and evaluate the productive and reproductive parameters, observing an accounting return of 35%, and economic, 30%; likewise, the technical productivity index of 205.9 average in all the Avicola, representing the cost of the feed and the chick 85.36% of the total costs. It is concluded that the production and productivity of laying on Hy Line Brown hens, during the period of release, in the "El Pavo Rojo" Poultry - Otuzco, is below the accounting standards and profitability of the exploitation of chickens of this genetic line.
