Abstract
Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo principal el determinar la relación entre la gestión pública innovadora y el desarrollo local sostenible de la Unidad de Protección Especial - La Libertad 2024; siendo un estudio básico, correlacional y de enfoque cuantitativo no experimental. Con una población muestral 24 trabajadores de la Unidad de Protección Especial La Libertad- MIMP, siendo un muestro no probabilístico, empleando como técnicas las encuestas para cada variable. Como resultados se obtuvo, el nivel de la gestión pública innovadora fue bueno con un 71%; en cuanto a sus dimensiones en la innovación cultural organizacional fue de un nivel bueno con un 54%, en la implementación de recompensa fue de un nivel bueno del 58%; y en cuanto a construcción de ecosistema fue de un nivel bueno con 63%; y el nivel del desarrollo local sostenible fue de un nivel alto con 75%, asimismo en sus dimensiones en lo económico con un nivel medio del 50%, en la dimensione entidad de un nivel alto con 63%, y en la dimensión social con un nivel alto del 67%. Concluyendo que si existe una relación entre gestión pública innovadora y el desarrollo local sostenible; siendo una correlación positiva alta con un valor de Pearson 0.870 y un valor p=0.000, con una intersección de 66.7% de un nivel bueno y alto respectivamente; a un nivel de significancia del 5%.
The main objective of this research was to determine the relationship between innovative public management and sustainable local development of the Special Protection Unit - La Libertad 2024; being a basic, correlational study with a non-experimental quantitative approach. With a sample population of 24 workers from the La Libertad Special Protection Unit - MIMP, being a non-probabilistic sample, using surveys for each variable as techniques. As results were obtained, the level of innovative public management was good with 71%; Regarding its dimensions in organizational cultural innovation it was at a good level with 54%, in the implementation of reward it was at a good level at 58%; and in terms of ecosystem construction it was at a good level with 63%; and the level of sustainable local development was at a high level with 75%, also in its economic dimensions with an average level of 50%, in the entity dimension a high level with 63%, and in the social dimension with a high level of 67%. Concluding that there is a relationship between innovative public management and sustainable local development; being a high positive correlation with a Pearson value of 0.870 and a p value = 0.000, with an intersection of 66.7% of a good and high level respectively; at a 5% significance level.
