| dc.description | This research which is of quantitative type, descriptive – simple and cross-sectional, had as objective to determine the labor violence according to physical, psychological, sexual dimensions in the nursery staff of the Belen Hospital - Trujillo 2015. The sample was constituted by nursery staff: 135, among nurses and nursing technicians. A validated survey was applied through a pilot test and with a Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of 0.75. Conclusions: There is workplace violence in the institution studied, being more often psychological. Occupational violence in its physical dimension occurs in low percentages with scratches 5.2% in nurses and 5.8% in nursing technicians occasionally. Workplace violence in its psychological dimension is manifested with public attention calls 28.9% and shouts 28.1% in nurses and disqualification 14.1% in nursing technicians occasionally. With respect to sexual violence, low percentages were observed in the manifestation of obscene compliments. With respect to workplace violence experienced by the aggressor agent identified by nurses and nursing technicians, in the external aggressor agent category the relative - companion had a higher percentage of 18.5% and 11.5% occasionally. As an internal aggressor agent, physicians (28.1%) and nurses (27.3%) had higher percentages. Regarding the general objective, it can be concluded that there is workplace violence in a very worrying magnitude of psychological dimension, recognizing doctors and nurses as an internal aggressor agent in greater proportion. | es_PE |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación de tipo cuantitativo, descriptivo – simple, corte transversal, tuvo como objetivo, determinar la violencia laboral según dimensiones física, psicológica, sexual en el personal de enfermería del Hospital Belén - Trujillo 2015. La muestra estuvo constituída por personal de enfermería (135) entre enfermeras y técnicos de enfermería. Se aplicó una encuesta validada mediante prueba piloto y con un coeficiente alfa de Crombach de 0.75. Conclusiones: Existe violencia laboral en la institución estudiada, siendo con mayor frecuencia psicológica. La violencia laboral en su dimensión física se presenta en bajos porcentajes con rasguños 5.2% en enfermeras y 5.8% en técnicos de enfermería ocasionalmente. La violencia laboral en su dimensión psicológica se manifiesta con llamados de atención en público 28.9% y gritos 28.1% en enfermeras y descalificación 14.1% en técnicos de enfermería ocasionalmente. Con respecto a la violencia sexual se observó bajos porcentajes en la manifestación de piropos obscenos. Con respecto a la violencia laboral experimentada según agente agresor identificado por enfermeras y técnicos de enfermería, en la categoría agente agresor externo tuvo mayor porcentaje el familiar/acompañante 18.5% y 11.5% ocasionalmente. Como agente agresor interno tuvo mayores porcentajes los médicos (28.1%) y enfermeras (27.3%). Respecto al objetivo general se puede concluir que existe violencia laboral en magnitud muy preocupante de dimensión psicológica, reconociendo a médicos y enfermeras como agente agresor interno en mayor proporción. | es_PE |
