| dc.description | Qualitative study descriptive - exploratory, has like objective to describe, analyze and discuss "The ways of caring of the nurse to patient with depression hospitalized in psychiatric service of Teaching Regional Hospital of Trujillo". The theoretical bases are supported in caring for Waldow and Jimenez. Participated six nurses of the psychiatry service of Trujillo Regional Teaching Hospital, with age between 20-60 years, with more or equal to 3 months of service. To study was realized with unstructured interview. And analyzed through descriptive method steps (coding, contrasting and theorizing) and EMIC and ETIC, As result the study obtained a principal category denominated: "Ways to care of the nurse and hospitalization process of patient with depression" and five sub categories called: care as listen, therapeutic care, watchful care, playful care and family care. | es_PE |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio Cualitativo descriptivo – exploratorio, busca describir, analizar y discutir “Las maneras de cuidar de la enfermera al paciente con depresión hospitalizado del servicio de psiquiatría del Hospital Docente de Trujillo”. Las bases teóricas están sustentadas en el cuidado de Waldow y Jiménez. Participaron seis enfermeras asistenciales del servicio de psiquiatría del Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo, entre las edades de 20 a 60 años y con más o igual a 3 meses de servicio. Se utilizó la entrevista no estructurada a profundidad, analizada a través de los pasos del método descriptivo (codificación, contrastación y teorización) y del EMIC Y ETIC, identificándose como categoría principal: “Maneras de cuidar de la enfermera y el proceso de hospitalización del paciente con depresión” y cinco sub categorías temáticas denominadas: Cuidado como escucha, cuidado terapéutico, cuidado vigilante, cuidado lúdico y cuidado familiar. | es_PE |
