| dc.description | The present investigation tends to study the social stigmas and the violation of the rights of people with mild disabilities, Municipal Office for the care of people with disabilities, Pacasmayo 2021. This in order to know how this public entity is managing a social problem that afflicts many human beings who suffer from a mild disability, and that in today's world there are many social stigmas about these people. One of the main reasons why people with disabilities are excluded from all types of activity is that even people tend to think that they will not be able to develop in their natural way, presenting difficulties in the process of their activities. Taking into account the results obtained in the survey and interview, we can describe that most of the people with disabilities who have been working within the Municipality often felt afraid of being able to carry out any type of activity, due to the paradigms that exist about people. with mild disability. For people with mild disabilities, bad experiences abound, both at the time of applying, since on several occasions they are rejected, as well as when they are already working, since it is very difficult for them to integrate due to the fear of feeling excluded and in Occasionally they have even felt discriminated against. In conclusion, we can say that these people, although it is true that they do not have all their physical abilities, are a good example of self-improvement. | es_PE |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación tiende a estudiar los Estigmas sociales y la vulneración de derechos de las personas con discapacidad leve, Oficina municipal de atención de la persona con discapacidad, Pacasmayo 2021. Ello con la finalidad de conocer como este ente público está manejando un problema social que aqueja a muchos seres humanos que padecen de alguna discapacidad leve, y que en el mundo actual existen muchos estigmas sociales sobre estas personas. Una de las principales causas por las cuales se le excluye de todo tipo de actividad a las personas con discapacidad, es que aun las personas tienden pensar que no se van a poder desarrollar en su manera natural presentando dificultades en proceso de sus actividades. Teniendo en cuenta los resultados obtenidos en la encuesta y entrevista podemos describir que en su mayoría las personas con discapacidad que vienen laborando dentro Municipalidad en muchas ocasiones sienten miedo de poder realizar todo tipo de actividad, esto debido a los paradigmas que existen acerca de las personas con discapacidad leve. Para las personas con discapacidad leve abundan las malas experiencias, sea al momento de postular, ya que en diversas ocasiones son rechazadas, así como cuando ya se encuentran laborando, puesto que se le es muy dificultoso poder integrarse por el temor de sentirse excluidos y en ocasiones hasta se han sentido ser discriminados. En conclusión, podemos decir que estas personas si bien es cierto no cuentan con todas sus capacidades físicas, son un buen ejemplo de superación. | es_PE |
